"This location was great for Capitol Reef NP. We enjoyed the river and mountain view. The host was quick to reply and provide necessary details. The unit doesn't have a controlled heating system but a space heater is provided. It was convenient to park outside the door and its first floor. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could be updated! They provided drinking water and ice in the frig. It was easy to relax and enjoy the sights. "

"Great stay for the experience. The single wagon is located in a really quiet farm area. Pay no attention to the address on VRBO -the owner’s directions are the only one to use. It may come the same day of the stay. Wagon has comfy bed, heater, coffee and tea makers. The bathroom is of course not in the wagon and is only a short 150 feet away. Very nice bathroom. Enjoy. Bonus - dark sky area and great view of Milky Way. "

"We really enjoyed this place. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was nice having a stove top and oven for cooking. I love that the bathroom was equipped with nice shampoo instead of the cheapest horrible kind that I find at other places. The bed was very comfortable and nice that it had a charging station on it. "This is a great alt location to stay in for visiting Capital Reef. Slow lil town. However, no where to eat, so need to grab a bite at the neighboring town of Torrey before settling in. I think the property is only a year or two old, so everything is new and nice."
