I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the rental experience of this apartment. The listing did not mention any extra fees, but upon arrival we were informed that we had to pay separately for cleaning, electricity, and additional towels, all in cash.
We tried to resolve the issue with the owner, who stated that without payment we could not receive the keys. Novasol confirmed that this is standard procedure, but the fees were high and unexpected, making the experience stressful for my wife and me.
The apartment was clean and well-maintained, but the lack of transparency regarding extra fees significantly impacted our stay. I recommend checking all details carefully before booking to avoid unpleasant surprises.
