  • Brand new apartment, completely renovated.. Located in a very quiet private urbanization, with gardens, swimming pools and solarium. It has a 60 m2 private terrace and a furnished covered porch. Sunny all day. Decreasing prices according to the stay. All facilities. Nice decoration. Satellite TV with international channels. Free high speed Wi-Fi.
    With an ideal location, in a beautiful and quiet urbanization with gardens, swimming pools and solarium.
    A 3-minute walk from the beach and ten minutes from Puerto Marina, where there are many day and night activities. Bus stop at the door of the urbanization, supermarket 50 meters away, beach 150 meters away on foot. Enjoy the great Paseo Marítimo de la Carihuela with its shops, restaurants, etc...

Apartment was what we were looking for and more,host was very attentive,location was ideal for us,near a supermarket (Aldi) and 10 minutes walk to shops and sea front.wrap around balcony was brilliant.

This is a great apartment. Very close to shops bars restaurants and the beach. Aldi on the next block. Fully equipped with everything you would need. The outside terrace is amazing and communication with host was great. Really enjoyed our stay

Great little apartment

We had a lovely relaxing break, the terrace was the selling point for us and it was absolutely lovely. The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly located for all the amenities

Fabulous Apartment

Everything about this apartment is fantastic with everything you could need for the perfect holiday and more. Outside space is incredible. Hosts were brilliant, swift responses to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic terrace

This was our second stay at this apartment which has just been totally refurbished.We chose it for the fantastic terrace and the convenient location. A few minutes walk to the paseo in Carihuela and bus stops just a few hundred metres away to get you anywhere from Malaga to Fuengirola.Julia & Maria are great hosts. Highly recommended!

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het gezellige appartement. Alles is aanwezig,we hebben niets gemist . We hebben veel tijd doorgebracht op het ruime terras. Julia, Maria en Ainoa heel erg bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen.

Absolutely their best to stay, huge balcony close to Aldi's the Promenade Absolutely spot on clean.

Michelle always available meet and greet any questions they will be there in a minutes 😀 so beautiful I booked next year again close to the Promenade grocery store great restaurant in a real neighborhood Safe friendly happy hour next door wonderful food breakfast awesome Don't pass this apartment up, what you see is exactly what you get Glad I found this wonderful pkace Thank you Michelle and Julia

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful week at this lovely apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Close to shops and restaurants, ten minute walk to beach. The terrace was an added bonus. It was very spacious and got the sun all day. Julia Maria was on hand and very helpful and ordered our taxi back to airport. We will be back.Vivienne & Davy

Tolle Penthouse Wohnung

Absolut schöne kleine Wohnung mit allen was dazu gehört. Die Terasse ist sehr groß ind hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Sehr ruhig direkt neben ALDI und nahe zu allen Strandbars ( 500 m ). Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Christmas holidays

Just got back from a lovely holiday , the apartment was absolutely beautiful lovely,clean and had everything you possibly need, the outside terrace was lovely in the sun all day and very private , the weather was great all week , Julia arranged our early morning taxi so we didn’t have worry about finding one so early in the morning, it was waiting outside the apartment on time, we can’t wait to go there again in the summer, I would highly recommend

Hartstikke leuk appartment.

Superleuk ontvangst. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het balkon/terras is echt heerlijk. We hebben dan ook veelal buiten gezeten. Afstand naar boulevard/strand is maar 5 minuten te voet en prima te doen. Al met super appartment. super appartment q

Location, location, location.

Perfectly situated able to easily walk to resort centres of Torremolinos Benamadina, Aldi on doorstep, train station close opening up rest of Del Sol days out. Apt a little dated but more than comfortable and massive sun terrace. Special mention for onsite property management from Michelle from checking us in/out when suited us to information and arranging taxis no stresses or dramas throughout stay. Would have no hesitation recommending this property or returning to👍

Great Break. The host/ manager of this apt will make or break this apt.

Small ,very compact with everything you require. the rap round balcony makes it as many many apt/hotels do not get sun in the afternoon.

Fabulous apartment.

Fantastic apartment in a suberb location. The large, furnished terrace was perfect for sunbathing, drinking with nibbles and dining in the candle light. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils. The lovely hosts, who were always on hand if needed,left us toiletries, plenty of towels and a welcome pack. They also arranged our taxi to the airport. We would highly recommend this apartment and area.

The terrace is very spacious and a good variety of seating areas (sunbeds, sofas and table and chairs). Very close to the beach and bars, although there is a slight hill to get back to the apartment. So close to aldi which is great. The welcome pack was a lovely touch! Espcially after travelling all morning. Thank you Michelle!

Excellent Property

Terrific apartment and very well equipped, it is a little tired in places but is very comfortable. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach front, shops, restaurants and bars and a great wee hotel next door if you don’t fancy venturing! Good pool but disappointing it’s not accessible from 3pm - 5pm, at a time you’d really want to use it! Ainoa was a Great host, very friendly and welcoming- communication was great and nothing was too much bother - highly recommend!

great location aldi beach all within short walking distance,bus stop close as well.

manager of property goes above and beyond nothing she wouldn’t do to make the best stay. Disappointed the curtain on deck was not there as very windy while we were there so couldn’t use deck as much as would have liked. feel the curtain as in picture would be helpful.

Great little place

We had a great time staying in this apartment. Balcony was huge and enough for our needs. Inside was clean and the little extras etc were much appreciated after our delayed late flight. Special thanks to Michelle who goes above and beyond, (even ordering our departure taxi for us) and the host who was quick to respond to any messages. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a cheap, relaxing place in the sun. If you want an ultra modern apartment then this might not be for you but it met our needs perfectly. The only thing that would have improved our stay was to of had the tv working (it said the signal was too weak) but who watches much tv on holiday?

Bonne situation (15 min de l’aeroport). Bus et magasins à proximité. Plage à 100m. Bon accueil, bonne literie, Superbe terrasse très ensoleillée. L’equipement ménager mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (insuffisant ou dépareillé) A recommander.

Me ha gustado mucho la gran terraza,muy bien amueblada y con mucho sol.no hemos estado mucho tiempo pero hemos comprobado que la urbanización es tranquila y que esta muy cerca de la playa, y de las tiendas.sin duda para recomendar y repetir.julia y mariajose siempre atentas y amables

Sommes retournés une nouvelle fois pendant 2 semaines dans ce bel appartement qui nous convient parfaitement. bien équipé, lumineux avec une terrasse très bien exposée, tous les commerces sont à proximité (supermarché,banques,arrêts bus) Julia maîtrise la langue française très sympathique réactive si problème (coupure d'eau) qui donne des conseils(ligne de bus,restaurants) cette femme est très disponible pour ses locataires ,prend des nouvelles pendant le séjour, nous propose son aide (appel d'un taxi) Location à conseiller dans cette résidence calme et bien entretenue qui se situe près de la plage et à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques balnéaires. c'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement et nous reviendrons sans doute car le soleil Andalou nous fait un bien fou à nous qui sommes Bretons!!!!
