Stunning view

First class apartment on ground floor of apartment building with spacious terrace with stunning views over the golf course and a lake in the middle. Quality furniture and bedding. Its a pleasure to drive or walk around the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The boulevard just outside the resort offers a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Great apartment

Stayed at the apartment for long golf weekend with friends (4 adults). Images were an accurate representation, it was clean, spacious and very well located. Process of check-in/out seamless. Everything we had hoped for so would definitely recommend to others visiting the area. Thanks Niki/Brett, appreciate everything.

Fantastic Apartment !

Our expectations from the photos online and the property description were surpassed. The apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner is very prompt. Congratulations on a maintaining a superb holiday rental - we wouldn't hesitate to return for another relaxing holiday.

Excellent apartment

This is an outstanding property which looked beautiful online but surpassed expectations. It is large and modern and beautifully completed with everything you need for a short or longer break. As a party of four adults there was more than enough space. Hosts were excellent! We will be back

Fabulous!

We have just returned from a weeks stay. We have stayed in this resort many times but in different properties. This is the best one we have stayed in due to how modern it is internally. The beds are extremely comfy and everything that you would need is there and as described. Thank you. We will be back.

Fantastic Apartment!

We had an amazing stay! such a lovely apartment… Everything about this place is great. The beds are lovely and comfy, the huge TV was great for the children, all the appliances are top quality. The apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived and the owners were lovely! cannot recommend this highly enough, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Brett and Niki ☺️

Everything you could wish for.....

The apartment is spacious, clean and looks exactly like the photos - sometimes a rarity!!! We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there..... Niki was super helpful with everything we needed - we loved the resort so much we bought a place whilst we were there :-)

Fantastic, comfortable apartment

Just returned home after a great 2 week break staying in this apartment. The apartment is every bit as good as it looks in the listing photos, with all of the creature comforts that add that bit extra to your holiday. The apartment is huge with 1 massive bedroom and 2 other good size bedrooms, can easily sleep 6. Brett, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and communication was brilliant at all points. Highly recommended

Excellent property. A large 3 bed renovated to a first class standard. Owners were brilliant to deal with and very responsive. Can't fault anything in the property - you'll be very unlikely to get an apartment of this quality on the resort. Would highly recommend!

Lovely apartment with small lounge area. Bedding is excellent. Well equipped kitchen. Patio is a sun trap in the afternoons :-) Bret and Niki left some essentials for our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Ideal accommodation for small family. Unfortunately with there being no pool side sun beds we felt that it wasn't practical to carry sun beds back and forth to pools. Pools would still be great for kids though. On the odd occasion we opted to use the Hotel Pool and had no issues. Club MMGR, near the main entrance, lifts the resort to another level. Would recommend. Great friendly staff, facilities and social. Had great communications with Brett & Niki. Any questions are answered promptly and recommendations given. We do recommend this apartment. Golf trip

From the initial booking this trip has been perfect, contact from the owners has been amazing and very quick with all questions answered. The apartment is incredible and done to a high spec. With 3 huge bedrooms and two bath rooms but the kitchen/dining and lounge area make for a great space. We had planned on going out every morning for breakfast however with a Spar down the road we ended up making breakfast daily whilst relaxing on the terrace giving us a chance to relax before heading off to golf each day. Unfortunately through the drought Mar Menor course is only playing a 9 but completing it twice made for a nice 18 holes but again this is nothing to do with the actual apartment just probably worth noting, however the owners put us in touch with a golfing company and even suggested certain course all that are within a short car journey to play. The courses were incredible and having this apartment was so much better than having a bulk standard hotel room it really enhanced the whole trip. Just on the entrance to the complex there is a whole row of bars and restaurants with everything from burgers, Italian, Indian and so many more so again unlike many of the other golf resorts we went to this had such a wide variety which made the location and apartment even more perfect. Having never been to the area the owners really made this trip stress-free and we will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment with nice lake view

We stayed one month and enjoyed the apartment, everything was on a very good level with modern design, communication with Niki and Brett was easy and marvelous. Mar Menor Golf resort is nice, and the Boulevard restaurants are in good distance, our favorite ones are Route 66, Tasty Bites and Ashes. We had a lovely stay and we would highly recommend this apartment.

Luxury apartment

Could not fault the apartment in anyway it was by far the best property we have stayed on mar manor over the last 10 years very modern and clean and everything you could need plus much more . The location is great just away from pool so no noise but about 50 steps according to my kids . The TV system throughout the apartment and picture quality was unbelievable better than the cinema . We will definitely be back . thank you Brett for lending us you home for a short time. No one wanted to leave .., just perfect

A great family holiday

Property was like home from home. Kitchen had everything that you would need, resort centre only a few mins away. Communal pools were close by, Brett and Nikki were great and responded straight away with any queries would highly recommend this to everyone

Very enjoyable

We have just got back from a 2 week stay. The apartment was lovely, Brett & Niki have done a first class job. From the time we booked it, the communication from them both was excellent in fact they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The apartment had everything you needed, home from home. The weather was very warm so the communal pools were a great relief. The one thing I would suggest is you do need a car, as there is some lovely places and beaches to explore. My husband & son in law are keen golfers and enjoyed playing at the golf course, which we had a lovely view of the lake and the 13th hole. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the mar menor again. Thank you Brett & Niki from Davina & family.

Very comfortable 3 bed apartment

The apartment is situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort with access to a number of amenities and within easy driving distance of several beaches. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and we found some excellent eateries only a 10 min drive away.The apartment itself is spacious, modern, very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We found the beds extremely comfortable. We had a toddler in our party and the apartment came with baby bath, high chair, travel cot and child plates and forks. Good air con, heating and plenty of hot water. We stayed in November when the community pools are closed but they were in close walking distance and will be great in the summer months. All in all we couldn’t fault the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Brett the owner was easily contactable too. Highly recommend.
