"I would have given it 10 out of 10 if it wasn't the lack of hot water during my husband shower when it was 2 degrees outside. He had to get out wet and have a shower in another apartment as there was no one to fix the issue at the time. The dinner and breakfast were amazing and the service from the waiter as well. "We stayed in the apartment which is a separate building and just like a 2 bedroom house. Very clean, warm, well equipped and very comfortable bed. "We spent two nights here and the views were spectacular. It was very quiet for sleeping and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good. The overall feel of the house is old fashioned but it is extremely clean. The living room couches were uncomfortable. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Our biggest complaint was the driveway was narrow with a steep drop off on the side. It was nerve wracking to drive it. Interesting stay in a very sleepy town in the Duoro Valley. "
