    The Neighborhood:

    This townhouse is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.



    All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.



    - Located approximately 600 metres to Front Beach

    - 2-5 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores.

    - 10 minute stroll to the surf shops.

    - 5 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.



    There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.



    Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.



    You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.



    Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.



    Getting Around:

    Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to the shops and beach. On-street parking is available on Boston Rd, plus a single lock-up carport- please note there is strictly no parking in the rear laneway.



    Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). 

    Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. 



    Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.

Great location and house

The property was as advertised. It's in a great location and was perfect for our family and two small dogs for a long weekend. We would book this property again.

Beautiful house and location!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and light-filled. High tech sound system, appliances, etc and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and having meals at the property. The location is central to shops, restaurants, beaches, and the cliff walk but also has a quiet neighborhood feel. A delightful stay.

Great place and location

Placed my daughter’s family at this location while we stayed across the street with my brother. Perfect for her family. Abou10 minutes from beach and eating places. We all had a blast. The three floors might be a challenge for the mobility restricted But that was easily recognized by anyone reading about the building
