    This modern, double storey townhouse is situated in the heart of Old Torquay, a prime location only minutes from the beach, all main cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Comprising 3 generous sized bedrooms, master with en-suite and WIR, a large, open plan kitchen/dining and living area upstairs with ocean views and a large entertaining area. This property is perfect for your holiday!

    A second upstairs living area, with bunk beds and two sofa beds, makes this holiday home perfect for the kiddies! With five A/C split systems (including one in each bedroom), and two portable fans, you'll never have to worry about those hot summer nights or the chilly winter days! Be quick to book this one for summer!

    Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

    Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

    o Week 1 – Friday 19th December to Friday 26th January
    o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
    o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
    o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January

    If you are looking for a shorter stay period within these dates (min 4 nights), please email your request directly to for consideration.

Overall was very nice, however when I walked through on my own a few minutes after picking up keys I walked through numerous cobwebs downstairs. These were in the hall and the second and third bedrooms. No other areas.

Great sized 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and kids retreat upstairs along with week equipped kitchen and sea glimpses. The house is well appointed and it was very easy to relax and leave the car as both beach and restaurants were a casual walk away. Spacious house. Fantastic location in Old Torquay. Spotless. Well appointed kitchen. No internet, which might not suit some people. Access to double, lock-up garage. Short walk to surf beach & "Cosy Corner", supermarkets, cafes, op shops, bookshop, fish & chips. Short walk to the garden start of beautiful clifftop walk to Jan Juc.

Great family home

Location location!! You will not find a better home to holiday in at Torquay! Just a short walk to front & surf beach, Coles, surf shops & many cafes & eateries - just park your car & walk everywhere if you wish. The house has all you need & more.wonderful appliances etc the owners have thought of everything - this house has been perfect for our family of five so relaxing & everyone enjoys their own space. We have 3 daughters 14.16 & 19 - we all Love this holiday house & have just enjoyed our 4th January holiday here
