"The pictures on the listing were different than what we reserved. It was actually a different house. We booked a listing that has 9 bedrooms because we were 15 people, but the actual house was 4 bedrooms. The host also just informed me on the day of the booking that there will be people living in the basement, which was also not on the listing. The host said he cleaned the house, but the house was in a bad condition. We asked the host to resolve this problem, but the host just told me that it...

"This place was... underwhelming. We were grateful for the air conditioning that worked really well and a comfortable bed. However, the place could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint, and we were concerned by the lack of mattress protector on the bed, mildew on the shower curtain, and what appeared to be a mouse dropping on one of the chairs. The host was very responsive with information at booking and for check in, and it was nice to have a separate entrance."

"Everything was great, my only feedback is there needs to be more towels, paper towels, and dish towels, and bedding for the sofa couch. Thank you!"
