Excelente servicio, muy amables. No me gustó que no es posible hacer el check in antes de las 2pm ni el check out despues de las 11am, de lo contrario cobran multas por ello

Horrível, não recomendo de jeito nenhum!!!
Cheguei ao hostel e não cumpriram com a reserva que eu tinha feito. Me colocaram num quarto misto que ficava no predio ao lado, num subsolo que lembrava um calabouço, mal iluminado, acesso horrível. Na cama, o lencol estava amassado e encardido. O banheiro era debaixo da escada e de altura baixa, sem iluminacao, claustrofóbico. Horrível, não recomendo de jeito nenhum esse hostel!!!

A great place. Good location. Would recommend.
Steven and Kendra were awesome. There's a nice decanter of iced tea always available in the lobby. A huge kitchen with tons of storage space and full facilities. Nice tv room. I really enjoyed my stay. I look forward to going back again.

Highly recommend
Steven at reception was so warm. I had a crappy after an 11 hour commute. I just needed someone to smile at me. He helped me shake that anxiety quickly. Nice facilities. Huge kitchen. FYI, I knew So it was fine. Check in after 9pm has a $15 cash only fee to be paid. Cool markets close by! There's a kettle. You can make free tea or coffee anytime. Bonus!

Affordable option for an overnight trip to Toronto. I was disappointed that there was no parking onsite, as initially they told me that was an option. Overnight parking is pricey in Toronto.

Very good location, had lots of stores that were waking distance. My check in time was supposed to be 2, I arrived 15 minutes early and my room was not ready till 2:25.

room booked was not even availiable , needed a private bathroom and ended up sharing with 2 other people. in the middle of the night manager entered our room and accused my friend of stealing a cellphone we said that did not happen and asked him to leave which he refused . after screaming at him to leave he did. he returned later to say he made a mistake and than just stood there so we told him to leave and he refused things were horrible it was extreamly creepy and we called 911 to make a report on him.

This is the recollection of two people who were extremely intoxicated, to the point where the female was refused access to the club neighboring the hostel, where she had gotten physical with members of their staff. Our night representative went up to speak to these guests about property that had been believed to have been mistakenly given to the female. No accusations of theft were made at any time. The guests presented very quickly with an extremely hostile demeanor, verbal abuse, and threats to call the police, alleging that the staff member was "trespassing". When the staff member returned to inform them that there had been a mistake, the verbal abuse escalated to threats, and the female guest physically assaulted him, kicking him in the thigh, while the male guest stated that she had, in his opinion, every right to "throw him down the stairs". It was the Clarence Park staff who, upon consideration, decided not to pursue the matter by calling police.And the assertion that the guests called 911 is patently untrue, because no police ever attended on this matter, and Toronto police always respond to 911 calls.

It worked out well for me, I shared a room with 2 guys and had no issues. One of the nights I had the room to myself. Travelers from around the world gathered in the social area for food and conversation.

I thought that t it was a special price because of the Corona Virus but when I arrived it was a Hostel with four (4) beds to a room. It was terrible.

Great place to stay in downtown Toronto
Really enjoyed my time at this place. Though the reception was a bit slow to respond at first, she was quite helpful and was able to check me in early. Also found that the rooms were quite modern, very comfortable and clean. Everyone in the kitchen was super friendly and welcoming.

$10 for late check-in
It was a good stay but the check in counter closes Before 10 pm. Despite the fact that the check in counter closes so early they have self check in. The issue is that there’s a $10 fee if you check in late. A very unprofessional way to make money for the organization.
