Registered guests only (max 4); quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; celebrations happen at nearby venues. Exterior cameras only — never inside. Quick ID verification and a short rental agreement after booking. WELCOME TO YOUR LANDING PAD. The rules below keep this suite the soft arrival every guest deserves — including the ones in the residence`s other suites.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 4 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach.

A PRIVATE SUITE, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots (Airbnb Community Disturbance Policy; City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this suite is for.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — and the suite shares the residence with other private suites, so indoor-voice courtesy applies around the clock. Brampton`s noise by-law applies at all times.

PARKING: free parking at the suite; street parking available. Keep neighbours` driveways clear.

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances.

PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. Pet fee applies.

VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy).

MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras: front door, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside any suite. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — never audio or video.

ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
