Debo felicitar a la gerencia de este hotel. El servicio a cliente supero por mucho mis expectativas. Todas las solicitudes fueron atendidas en menos de 5 minutos, la limpieza es excelente y el servicio en general fue muy bueno. Lo unico es como socio gold de expedia me hubiera gustado un ascenso de categoria de habitacion.

The best. Great ubication. You have around your car, taxis, uber, metro, even better: can walk everywhere from there. The cuisine is unique. The cleanliness is just perfect. Love the pool & gym. The bar at the lobby is so so good. Love the experience there!!

From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions. The room was clean and bed and linens were high quad comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Lovely building. Staff on front desk not always very helpful and could be a bit sharp. Room was great however looking tired. Pool was closed for our stay, not ideal for 5* hotel.
