2. Your property
A sectioned off, ground floor suite within a private home, not a basement. You'll have two private bedrooms (one queen, one full/double), a full bathroom with shower, and a charming kitchenette with a coffee station, mini fridge, and basic cookware for light self catering (there's no stove or oven, so no full kitchen). Ground level natural light, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and your own private patio round things out. There's no separate living room; the suite is designed for comfortable sleeping and easy mornings, not lounging.

3. Guest access
Full private use of both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the kitchenette, plus your own entrance, patio, and free on site parking. Self check in is code based: your unique code is emailed 24 hours before arrival, so you can come and go as you please.

4. Interaction with guests
We live upstairs in a fully separate area and are close by if you ever need anything. Message us anytime through the Airbnb app; we typically respond within the hour and are reachable from 8am to 11pm.

This is a private, ground floor suite (not a basement) with a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, and no separate living room. It suits guests who mainly want a comfortable, private place to sleep and refresh, whether between flights or exploring the GTA. Free WiFi and air conditioning included.
