You are renting a furnished condo from a realtor.
Stayed in building 4099 / apt. 2003 You are renting a furnished condo and are on your own for everything – do not expect any hotel services at all. Check-in was at another main unit and felt shady – door opened 6 inches "name" then out came a sheet of paper and a key and door asked "OK". I had to ask for additional instructions and received a super-fast explanation that was not understandable. Was given a single key that needs to be with you to go anywhere but the ground floor. Luckily we were traveling as a group so 1 key was OK. Having our own parking spot was nice and the room was clean and the kitchen had everything. However, furnished as cheap as possible / master bed was hard as a rock / another bed was ready to fall apart. 2nd br. was so small you could only open the door half way without hitting a bed. We were a family of 5 staying for 4 nights and there were only 4 towels total, ever. The next day there was evidence that someone was in our room without a reason or our permission. The hallway had a different smell every day and one day it was so strong you could smell it in the room. 2 of the 3 windows wouldn't open so we had to rely on the sliding door for fresh air but I really wanted to use a window. No check-out instructions - I had to reach out to ask how that went. More space than a hotel but not close to the comfort that a hotel offers.

HORRIBKE HOTEL POLICE CALLED ON OWNER
I stayed here for about a month and at first things were fine, I you're expecting any cleaning or any service this is not the place to go. At the end of my stay I was harassed by the owner of the hotel as they came to my door and refused to let me leave and blocked my way. I proceed to call the police and the owners got into trouble for over stepping their bounds. Almost got arrested as well. The police waited till I was packed up and ready to go and made sure I left okay without any further issues. Don't stay here unless you want to get violated and harassed and receive the worst service ever.

Lovely Apartment but room for improvement
Had a 4 night stay in January travelling on business with 2 colleagues so we opted to share an apartment. It had all facilities we needed and was close to where our meetings were. We had difficulty upon arrival however as we didnt know where to collect our room key from so we contacted the telephone number we had and the person on the line was not very clear and the english wasnt that great to understand however we then worked it out and we got the key from a nearby building. (so there is no check in reception desk). When we entered our apartment we were very impressed, however the only downside was that the room didnt appear too clean and was in need of a vacuum. So we found a small dust pan and brush and swept up as best we could. Could have done with a hoover or big broom really. But that was only a minor issue for us. The check in process was also not clear so we took a guess and took the keys to the same place as we collected them from however i was greeted by an old lady who couldnt speak english and didnt know why i was giving her the key. Overall though, very impressed with the actual apartment and would definitely stay again.

Good location for a family to stay
Staff were helpful and tried their best to arrange an earlier check-in. The place is superb for a family to stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very Happy with the facility
Having 5 appliances was great could do laundry whenever we wished. Great view from our 20th floor suite. Price was right through Expedia. Would come again should we ever come back to Mississauga. Underground parking and security great.

Not bad
Not bad, although calling it luxurious (as the name suggests) is very much an overstatement. The property is spacious but used, carpet stained and mattress not very comfortable. Go ahead and stay here but do not expect luxurious conditions.

Worst hotel ever!
The room was damaged and filthy. Only 30 tv channels and parking was very confusing. They only let you have one key so for a family of 4 it was a logistical nightmare . The beds were hard as rocks and all the kitchen stuff seemed like it came from a dollar store. The pool and hot tub was super gross and dirty. I feel ripped off nothing about this place was nice. Do not waste your money. I even had some weird allergic reaction to the sheets waking up with swollen eyes every day. I can't express how dirty and beat the room was. Missing pieces of flooring and drywall. I spent the first day cleaning.

It was a good place for family, enough space and the facilities was good. The TV in the room we stayed, 2903 was not working well. Sometimes, it freezes for hours while watching TV. Not that it was a big issue for us, it mentioned so that it can be fixed. Above all, it's highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment in great location .
Absolutely wonderful apartment with lovely view and great furnishings . It was wonderful to get a whole apartment for the price of a hotel. Wonderful shopping close by at Square one and lots of coffee choices . The pool, gym and outdoor area an added bonus. It would be good if check in information could be added to the confirmation as this is not a hotel with reception and it took some time and a lot of calls to find the host.

Was for a business trip, found the room very dusty, in bad conditions eg: broken toilet sit, floor moldings broken, had a very particular smell, missing kitchen utensils, also very surprised that under the beds was very dirty,they forgot to clean underneath the beds. Windows opened but could not close them afterwards, overall the unit was not taken care of.

Why stay in a hotel room when you get an apartment
Always a bit tricky to get the key but it add fun. Free parking but the parking is a maze.

surface cleaning, hair found, stain on walls, no shampoo only bodywash. cheap furniture. well situated, 5 mins from square one. too expensive for what you get. extra unknown charges of 3%. shady welcome. dont go there

Central location walk to Square One Mall
We arrived on a late flight and check in turned into a nightmare. The concierge did not know anything about our parking spot and could not find our keys. We had to explain our arrangements with three different staff members before we could check in. We were given the incorrect directions on our parking and ended up having to go back and try to find someone to help us out again. The whole checkin took over an hour!!!!! The unit was advertised as luxury and the pictures on the website looked wonderful but the unit had a lot of wear and tear issues and the beds were mattresses on the floor of the bedrooms (no box sping) surrounded by a frame. I will never stay here again!

Not what you would expect
The room seemed ok at first glance however there were a number of issues. 1. we were only provided 1 key making it difficult as you can not even go to the gym without a key 2. the room was not as clean as you would expect. For instance there was a number of long hairs in the bed when I pulled the quilt down 3. The master bedroom bed was on the floor with a makeshift bed frame around it 4. only one pillow was provided per person making the bed uncomfortable 5. with the room being full of windows it was cold and there was only one very thin blanket 6. there was no blow dryer provided as you would expect in most hotels 7. there was no coffee pot or in room coffee provided 8. finding where to check in was a challenge and took longer than hoped. The security personal did not even know where to find the check in for the apartments 9. the dishes were not clean and had to be washed 10. even though their was a pool there were not sufficient towels provided 11. there were no soaps or shampoos provided as would be expected from a hotel 12. there were no dish towels or cleaning cloths provided 13. part of the fitness facility was closed which was disappointing 14. orientation to the building and facility was limited including the parking garage and how to find your room from there

Home away from home
Booked this condo as it was close to a contracting reno I was doing. The accommodations were great with free parking. Fully furnished suite in a new modern secure building. Loved the hot tub and sauna after hard days of work. The area offered great pubs and restaurants to relax in the evening. The only thing I would say is, as this is not a traditional hotel the check in was a little confusing. It all worked out fine though, I wouldn't let that stop you from booking this condo. Great alternative to a traditional hotel.

Good stay overall, wifi wasn't working for one of the afternoon but people came immediately to fix it. And we extended our stay for four hours because of the car we booked. The man at the concierge was friendly

Very good condition condo beyond expectations. Free Parking, Good location, not noisy at all. Enough equipments to make food but pots and pans are not in good quality...However the room is very clean and the beds are comfie too

Awesome place to stay. Close to Square One and has everything you need in the suite. Also a pool on the 4th floor. Our only complaint was the wait for the elevators...only 1 out of 3 were working and sometimes would have to wait 20 minutes for one to come. They were being fixed the last couple of days we were there.

Lots of Potential
Large space, lots of potential but needs some good management. Excellent parking as well. However we had to call for the TV cable to be installed, bathroom did not drain easily, house was very dirty including the garage, towels were old, bathroom and living rugs were nasty and no coffee maker. Also start-out supplies like dishwasher soap and other kitchen items, bathroom shower items were not available and with no coffee maker comes no coffee.
