El hotel es bueno y bien ubicado solo dos cosas, nunca me habían robado en mi vida y aquí se “perdieron” mis audífonos la última ubicación está en el Hotel y nunca los pude ubicar en mi habitación o en mi equipaje ; segundo no recibí ninguna amenidad por ser vip; por todo lo demás es una buena opción; solo tengan más cuidado con sus pertenencias :(

Incredible, this hotel overbooked the rooms, with two queen beds, even that we already payed in advance through Expedia. The reception gave us a room for two person with a King bed and with sofabed. They compensate with the parking cost and the dinner. But the sofabed was very uncomfortable. Missing of soap in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel in the centre of downtown. Very close to union station and surrounding by nice and chill restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful, the best experience I have in Toronto. Highly recommended.

Parking was a major issue for our stay at this hotel. We were not aware of the height restrictions for our vehicle, thus we had to park at the back of the building. The staff member that checked us in did not mention that we would need a parking permit for same. We received a warning for this on our vehicle. When we brought this to the attention of the staff member, she was very condescending, rude, and unhelpful. We were disappointed in the behaviour of the staff member at the front desk as we did not feel she was being willing to help us and we felt as if we were being treated poorly by her. When we questioned why she hadn’t mentioned the parking permit upon check in - she stated “I didn’t know where you parked.” And again, gave us unfriendly, poor attitude. The hotel is a great location and clean. However, the staff member that we dealt was ridiculous and I likely would not rebook because of this experience.

Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. All of my preferred locations were within walking distance. I would have liked bar services to be open later on a Saturday night.

Very clean and quiet space. House keeping comes regularly, staff very helpful and polite. Cafe Nicole restaurant is very good with all you can eat breakfast. A lot of walkable destinations in regards to downtown or Uber for cheap. Pool, hot tub and gym kept clean.

I stay at Novotel for 2 nights, everything was good, but they don’t have housekeeping,I need used 2 time each towel! And no coffee/tea / cup refill, only first day I can drink coffee!

5 stars! Lovely modern interior inside. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great showers. Location of this hotel is the winning factor for me. Less than 10mins walk to Union station and less than 5 mins to the Lawrence market and Gooderham building. 15mins walk to the distillery district. Really excellent hotel for tourists to get around on foot. Would stay again!

Novotel exceeded our expectations. The room was not cramped, it was clean and everything was in the right place. Bonus points for lighting and usb/electric outlets. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. And the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh options.
