Our freshly renovated home in the lovely Upper Beaches feels like your own.

The neighborhood is wonderfully safe and welcoming. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with workspace, one opens to a sunny patio. Full bath upstairs, powder room downstairs. Well-stocked kitchen, in-suite laundry ready to go.

We love living in the Upper Beaches - it's one of those neighborhoods where you actually know your neighbors and feel at home right away.

Getting around:
- Woodbine Station is just a 2-minute walk
- Groceries, coffee, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk
- Danforth GO Station is an 8-minute walk
- The Beaches waterfront is only a 10-minute drive for a lakeside escape

The House:
Main floor is open concept with a kitchen that has everything - we cook here all the time. There's an electric fireplace, a smart TV and a comfortable sofa for cozy nights, and a powder room so guests don't trek upstairs.

Upstairs you've got three bedrooms, one full bathroom and a laundry room. Each bedroom has a great bed, a workspace, and storage.

One bedroom opens to a little terrace where you can see the CN Tower - it's great for morning coffee.

Another has a Murphy bed that folds up into this huge desk space. The third has a queen bed and solid wooden desk.

All the rooms get good light and feel spacious. Whether you're working or just hanging out, there's space to spread out and be comfortable.

You will have access to the main and upper floor of the house as well as the front and backyard.

Parking spacing is at the back of the house, available upon request for an extra $100. Please let me know if you need a parking space!
