The Fashion District of Queen Street West is one of the top areas of Toronto. Unique cafes, restaurants, shops and bars make this area a popular tourist attraction and a favourite of locals. At night time this area of the city comes alive! It is very vibrant and exciting. Walk down to popular King Street West and immerse yourself in this high energy area with some of the top restaurants in the city.
The loft is close to the Rogers Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, CN Tower, Four Seasons Theatre of the Performing Arts, Roy Thomson Hall, Princess of Wales Theatre, Royal Alexandra Theatre, Toronto City Hall, Dundas Square, Scotiabank Arena, Graffiti Alley, Chinatown, Kensington Market, you name it! Jump on streetcar or walk - everything is so close!
Walk to many places in the city from this amazing location. Public transit is steps from the front door of the building. Walk north a half a block and jump on the Queen streetcar, or take the Spadina streetcar to the waterfront. The King streetcar is one block south. Catch a streetcar or subway and be in another great area of the city within minutes. Uber and Lyft are popular modes of transportation. Feeling energetic? Bixi bikes are just down the street - see Toronto by bicycle!
Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping.
Please be mindful of my neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after hours. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the suite. Checkout time is at 11 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
For travellers arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport, I highly recommend utilizing the UP Express train for your journey into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. From Union Station, my building is just a short cab or Uber ride away. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic!
There is a Goodlife gym a few blocks away. You can go online to their website and get a few free workout passes.
The building is dual business and residential, so you will find it very quiet. A reserved parking spot is included in the building. Upon arrival, guests will find a parking permit in the unit that must be hung on your car's rearview mirror when parked.
My property does not accommodate packages, mail, or deliveries for short-term rental guests. For mail or packages, kindly utilize the nearest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location.
Regarding food delivery, please arrange to meet the person outside the front entrance, as they cannot be buzzed into the building or up to the unit. If your stay exceeds 4 months, please inquire before booking as I may be able to register you with the building. After booking, you'll need to fill out a guest registration form that is given to building security. No extra guests, parties, smoking or noise violations are allowed.
