We have a strict No Party policy in the Condo suite and the Terrace/Balcony areas.

In order to ensure we are able to host all our guests comfortably & that your stay at our Condo is pleasant & memorable, we request all our guests to please be mindful of the community visiting. And that it does not cause any inconvenience to those around and to be considerate of the neighbours.

Strict adherence to noise restrictions past 10pm will be enforced and any guests in violation will be liable to pay Condo building's or City's fine for the same.

Cleaning fee for a group of 8 plus people will be an additional $100.

House Rules:

Respect the Property:

Please leave everything as it was upon arrival.
Do not move furniture to prevent any potential property damage, which may lead to additional charges.

No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both inside and outside. Violation of this rule may result in a penalty up to $1000. We appreciate your cooperation.
Guest Limits:

Only the stated number of guests from your reservation may stay overnight. Any additional guests must be agreed upon in advance. Failure to report the correct number of overnight guests may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
Pool Safety:

For safety reasons, no glass is allowed in the pool and spa area.

Pets, Parties, and Drugs:

We do not allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

Late Checkout:

Late checkout beyond the scheduled time will incur a fee of $50 per hour unless otherwise agreed.

Cleanliness:

While we don’t require you to clean after your stay, please be respectful and avoid leaving excessive messes. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.

Zero Tolerance:

Strict adherence to the house is expected. We have a zero tolerance for violations of these house rules and and any guests in violation will be liable to pay the host, Condo building's or City's fine for the same.
