Mal servicio del personal. Café muy malo, desayuno sin variedad nada bueno, pesimo servicio de recogida del aeropuerto, no tenian para ir al aeropuerto desde el hotel, no me pidieron taxi, pesimo servicio. Nunca mas estare alli ni mi familia

The info I read said there was a 24hr shuttle, no where did it indicate that you had to call and request that shuttle for a pick up, so we waited at the airport for a while before asking another shuttle where ours would come and he told us to call the hotel to request. The shuttle was very dirty, the driver was abrupt and the music was loud. At the hotel staff were kind and the room was fine, a dated building with wear showing. One of our card keys did not work. The shuttle for the morning only ran on the hour, so we had to leave either very early or a bit later than we would have liked to get to the airport.

There is no diningroom to have a meal, which will be a reason to not go back. Food options are to order in, or bring in take out...not great for seniors that don't have the means to do that...... a light help yourself breakfast with various options was included which was sufficient.

We stayed on the seventh floor, which is the top floor, and the exhaust fumes from something are really quite bad. Also, we booked through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel, and we thought that our parking for the week while we were away would be included. Not only was it not included, it was not even available. Not sure who the onus is on in that regard.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note extended parking has to be booked by package. As your reservation was via third party just for 1 night stay the parking of that night is included. For future reservation you may consider an extended parking package. I am sorry to hear that you experienced exhaust fumes we would have been very happy to change the room for you if you had let us know .We appreciate your positive comments regarding the staff and the cleanliness.Looking forward to welcoming you soon again.

The shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient. We used it to go and to come back to hotel. Staff is very nice & made us feel welcome & made sure we were satisfied with everything. Hotel was very close to the airport, beds and rooms are comfortable, very clean. Shower was very nice also.
