This apartment is lovely and well maintained on the whole. However, the main bedroom mattress is terrible and needs replacing. My husband and i slept poorly. The 3rd bedroom is really an alcove with a twin bed but suited our purposes. the GFI plugs in the bathrooms did not work and the ensuite bathroom shower wall had mold in the grout. the unit was so hot and despite us lowering the heat it did not cool down, it actually got hotter. The balcony and the view were quite nice.

Apartment is well equiped but lacks on detail. For example, there are complimentary tooth brushes but no toothpaste. The check in was horrible. Poorly communicated, confusing, took 1.5 hrs to find keys to get in. Wifi password was not available. Made available only after contacting Expedia. Property did not have anyone available to help readily.

A lot of mixup on our rooms shuffling us around our luggage disappeared. Not sure if we got it all yet. Still doing an inventory got our original room and it smells like a fish fry in here. Couch is wet for some reason.

As our cleaning team have found damage left after your stay (dirty couch) and there was no such damage previously, it was deducted that it happened during your stay. Nice place, difficult check-in, lacking support
Not too bad, except it was very hard to find the lockbox , as there are about 80 of them in one place. Wifi instrucfions were wrong. Dishwasher at thisnplace had items that peovably belonged to a previous tenant ( from the looks of it). The place was nice, but some of the towels had stains. Same situation as with the previous apartment : linen in thw dryer , that was hoepfully washed with thw detegent. My instriction was to wash fhe towels but the detergent contsiner was empty. I bought my own but not sure if the previous tenant symply washed it without soap. Due to family emergenxy i had no time to shop around so this had tondo, but overall i wouls never stay with anything managed by the globalstay company and eouls never recommend them to anyone.

Very difficult to check in despite being provided with instructions. The lockbox was difficult to find due to a very complex building layout. Additionally, you are only provided one key fob which operates the elevators therefore if you have 2 or more guests someone has to constantly go out to let others out.

Nice modern apartment, 2 bathrooms. Cozy for a couple. However not enough lighting in living room. Dark. Needs more lamps. Pet friendly, our cat liked it. Also the fire alarm went off 4x in one week, then stopped for rest of stay. I recommend and would go with Global Stay again.

What a dishonest, horrible host. This is a condo managed by a company called global-stay. Rented this for the soul purpose of staying over after our company Christmas party. Visited the condo on the way, had a glass of champagne while checking out the unit, left and never came back as ended up going home. A week later a get an email claiming $475 in damages being a dirty bed sheet, a ripped seat and a missing coffee mug while I never sat on any of the above nor had any coffee.Initiated the charge back to my credit card and will fight this with my last breath. STAY AWAY, THEY GET YOU ON A CHEAP PRICE UP FRONT AND RHEN MAKE UP DAMAGES ON THE BACK END

This place was not bad but scammed me for deposit. There was already a cigarette burn on the nightstand that I ignored when I checked in, however, the property blamed me and did not refund any of the deposite. It is really difficult to communicate with them as well.

I have been told that the key to the apartment is in a locker in. The basement of the building, but when we got there there was no key inside the lock. I told them what happened but they didn’t refund our money

The condo was filthy, and the company scammed us with our deposit. They are not trustworthy and I recommend removing them from Expedia or any other website as it ruins your reputation.

Did not appreciate how difficult it was to get in. Parking was complicated bc you only get one fob-key. Also the bathrooms were small and uncomfortable and water wasnt running in the tub. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The one positive was the location, next the to the subway and many shops and restaurants.

Worst experience
The worst check-in experience, and this is coming from a frequent traveller. The lockbox codes where you're suppposed to retrieve apartment keys do not work, their instructions are confusing, and their communication is almost non-existent. You try to call the numbers listed on their website only to find those phone numbers are constantly busy. Then they finally reply to your email and send you new lockbox codes. You go back to the basement to try those and - guess what - those don't work either. You ask them to send someone to help - instead they reply demanding that you upload videos of you trying to open their lockbox. What was supposed to be a relaxing evening turned into a 3-hour ordeal marching back and forth from Whole Foods, where we had to temporarily camp, to the basement of this apartment building just so we can unsuccessfully try another lockbox combination. Advice to future travellers: when booking here, give yourself an exta 2-3 hours before you actually check in at this place. I sure hope that folks at this property management company come to their senses and realize that it is not acceptable to treat their customers such lack of care and respects.

The process to get entry was very complicated as it was a quick turnaround on my end. Upon entry to the condo the place was a complete mess! Floors, counters, bathrooms dirty (faeces still smeared in the toilette), beds in-made laundry in the washer and dryer (sheets in washer smelled bad)! I refused to stay and demanded my money back. After a few emails funds have been returned.

The apartment itself is spacious enough for 4 people but has a lot of issues We had access to netflix and youtube that was good. Beds are comfy and the bathroom size is good. 3rd bedroom—- Although it states that there are 3 bedrooms, there are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with just a twin bed and curtain right by the entrance. WE just used the 2 rooms. NO BALCONY—---There is a balcony but it does not open. After many messages back and forth the management company sent someone to look at it. The person basically said there was no way to get it opened unless you changed the entire door. WE had booked this place specifically for the balcony. NO Oven- kitchen had a good amount of glasses (regular and wine), plates and coffee cups. We tried to heat some pizza in the oven and that did not work. The microwave and stove work. Parking– In order to first access the key lockbox, one must go through the public parking space or 1 person go inside of the building while the car waits outside. Instructions were not clear The management company did not clarify that there are 2 parking structures in the same building. We parked in the public parking side and therefore had to pay for parking. Only After getting the key from the lockbox, can you access the residential parking. Overall this is okay, not great because of all the issues we had.

However, will take into consideration your remarks and make sure to check the information regarding the kitchen and the balcony, because we never had any issues with opening the balcony door. The layout of every room is beautiful. It is a spacious and comfortable place to stay in. We also noticed how safe the building is. The balcony is big and wraps around the condo which is nice. There were a few things that could be improved like the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom and in the living room. There is also a lack of mirrors (full length mirror) but overall we really enjoyed our stay as it is a very nice condo.

Good location, ok for other things
We had a small 2 bedroom unit. Pros Location - we went to the east end, downtown on the subway, wonderland, and west. Good for what we needed Building - overall more space than a hotel. No annoying room cleaners, very quiet building. Amenities - lots of grocery and restaurants nearby. Parking included which we used. Minivan was tight but ok Cons Building - Not super clean in my opinion. Cupboards had a lot of smudges and finger prints and there were piles of towels and sheets stuffed in the dryer all balled up. I didn't realize that until the 2nd last day. I rewashed some of the stuff, but yuck. Lots of extra blankets and towels in the closets but not sure those are washed everytime the room changes. If they aren't, gross. If they are, what a waste. Would be better to ask for/reserve extras and save the trouble. The unit's lighting in the living room was TERRIBLE. One small lamp and the light over the sink were all we had. We moved a small lamp oit of the bedroom to help but it was still terrible. Coffee table in the living room was way too large for the space and GLASS. Anyone with young kids knows how kids bump into things, especially things that are almost invisible. Our 8 and 11 year olds were ok but it was stressful. We put stuff around the edges to help. Parking to leave was weird due to how the key works to get to the garage. Lock box to get in was a bit nutty, Pools were closed the whole time. We found out on our own. 😕

It’s a nice quite building in an nice area. The mattresses are not high quality. Place needs a deep clean and a paint job. Layout of property is nice.
