Apartment I got was on the 50th floor, and the view was facing west, so I got the island airport, CN tower, sunset, etc. all clearly visible. Quite nice. Easy walk to Union station, Go station, CN tower, aquarium, waterfront, conference centre. Nearby groceries, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, restaurants, pubs.
Fob required for entry and elevator use which adds some security, but awkward if you're a group wanting to come and go at different times.
Apartment didn't match description. Got a queen couch, not a double twin couch as listed. I specifically wanted the extra non-couch bed. This was a surprise upon arrival, so poor communication.
Floor in front of bathroom was warped. Easily avoided, but surprising. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch. This didn't affect me, but again, surprising. In general the place was maintained, just a few odd spots.
There were dishes, pots and pans, extra sheets, towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, but oddly just the one roll of toilet paper... just be aware you may need to supply your own!
