Please note: This is a basement unit, and there are tenants living upstairs, so some normal household noise may be heard at times.



EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 per night. Our charger is a 240V Level 2 EV charger. Please let us know in advance if you require this service.



Backyard Access: Access is limited to the left side of the yard only, as the area is open, unfenced, and backs onto a ravine. For safety reasons, it’s not suitable for children.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. Guests will need to replenish these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads-up: the right side of the backyard, which is a ravine and unfenced, the garage, upstairs, and the electrical room are off-limits to the guests. Other than that, the guests will have access to the entire basement unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Availability of a free driveway parking spot (bottom left side of the driveway). Please note: the parking spot on the right side of the driveway when facing the house is shared.



➤ Street visitor parking is available until 11:00 PM. After that, vehicles may be towed.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet, leafy suburban area with a mix of single-family homes and townhouses, peaceful streets, and mature trees. It offers a calm atmosphere with nearby parks and green spaces, making it ideal for relaxing walks or family-friendly stays.



At the same time, the area is close to vibrant hubs for shopping, dining, and daily essentials. Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are just a short drive or transit ride away, so you have convenient access to everything you need.



The community is welcoming and family-oriented, with schools, community centers, and recreational facilities nearby. There are also parks, trails, and natural areas for outdoor activities while still being within easy reach of Toronto’s busier districts.



Getting Around:

Subway – The Toronto subway system provides easy access to downtown and other parts of the city.



Bus Transit – Local bus routes connect the neighborhood to subway stations, shopping centers, and amenities.



Driving and Highway Access – Major highways nearby make car travel quick and flexible.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
