To help us maintain the property to the highest standard, we kindly ask that all guests follow the guidelines below. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these additional house rules.

Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been provided by the host. Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, commercial activities, filming, or excessive occupancy are strictly prohibited.

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, especially during quiet hours. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or complaints from neighbours may result in cancellation of your stay without refund where permitted under Airbnb`s policies.

Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, candles, fireworks, incense, and any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property. Additional cleaning, deodorization, or repair costs resulting from violations may be charged through Airbnb.

Guests are expected to leave the home in reasonably tidy condition. Please wash and put away dishes used during your stay, dispose of garbage in the designated bins, and report any accidental damage or maintenance concerns immediately.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. A minimum damage charge of $300 may apply, with additional charges based on the actual cost of repairing or replacing damaged furniture, appliances, fixtures, linens, décor, electronics, or other property.

Early check-in and late checkout are available only with prior written approval and are subject to availability.

Late Check-Out: $50 per hour

Unauthorized late departures may result in additional hourly charges and any costs incurred due to delayed cleaning, maintenance, or disruption to incoming reservations.

If the property requires cleaning beyond our standard turnover due to excessive mess, stains, smoking, pet-related issues, or failure to follow house rules, additional cleaning charges may apply.

Pets are permitted only with prior approval and any applicable pet fees. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

Guests use the property and all amenities at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss, or damage to guests or their personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children and ensuring all members of their group use the property safely.

Exterior security cameras may monitor building entrances or exterior access points for the safety of guests and the protection of the property. No cameras are located inside the home or in private guest areas.

Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, condominium rules (where applicable), municipal bylaws, and Airbnb policies. Any reasonable costs arising from property damage, unauthorized occupancy, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of these rules may be requested through Airbnb`s Resolution Center in accordance with Airbnb`s policies.
