First I was very disappointed with the apartment set up. The description stated it was a 2 bedroom apartment but it was only 1 bedroom with 1 loft which had access directly to the kitchen. Luckily we were only 2 people and 1 dog.Also there were no blackout curtains only see through mini blinds. The fridge didn’t work so we contacted the customer service the following day. They scheduled an appointment with an handyman at 2 pm and finally showed at 4 pm. Since the fridge could not be fixed, we had the option to change apartment in the building which we did. So we had to go and get the key at the pickup location which was few blocks away from the apartment. The new apartment was located on the 11th floor which we had to take a different set of elevators and had only one elevator working. it was very inconvenient since we had six suitcase and one dog.
