Good afternoon, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately in this situation there were 7 people under the age of 17 trying to check into one room. We are happy to have travellers under the age of 17, however we also require a parent or guardian form filled out to help facilitate this. I am sorry that they had to stay at the airport however we do have policies in place to protect both the traveller and the hotels best interests. In the future if you contact the hotel directly they will be happy to assist. Thank you

Hello Janice! Thank you for providing us with your feedback, and taking the time to give us this review. All of our rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine, along with coffee pods and tea. As for room service - we now have a QR code in the rooms to make ordering from our restaurant more convenient. However, you are required to pick up the order yourself, as we do not have a delivery service. In regards to transportation to and from the hotel, guests have access to the link train, which is located in the station next to the hotel. It runs every four minutes, 24/7, and free of charge, making it the most convenient option.
