"I was in Toronto for 5 days in late January. I used public transportation for going to every tourist spot and some not so popular spots in the city. With this in mind the location was great. I could get almost anywhere within 30 minutes early in the morning or late at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided the keys to the property and I could come and go as I pleased. The kitchen was good for small cooking (although I didn't used it). The facilities were ok, the bathroom...

"It was a great experience and for resting it did the job 10/10. I only encounter with stained towels (those stains that you know are super hard to remove) and a "broken or loose" sliding door rail. But overall everything is a 10/10 ♡ The helping crew are super nice and responsive as well."

"Overall the experience was not good, the room had no TV, I stayed 5 days, and the whole stay they didn't pick up the rubbish from the bathroom or the kitchen, it was overflowing, everything was full of dust, even the stairs."
