El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, está en una zona muy accesible. Sin embargo creo que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad y sobretodo en lo que se refiere al servicio, especialmente el room service ya que los alimentos son bastante malos y excesivamente caros. Me llevaron una orden que yo no pedí, muy mal presentada e incompleta por un costo de 80 dlls canadienses.

Excelente opción!
Buenísima opción de hotel, el personal muy amable. Los cuartos increíbles, la cama deliciosa y eñe general todo muy bien. Les vendría bien servicio a la habitación, aunque acaban de abrir el restaurante de abajo que está muy rico.

Nice location, well maintained property and friendly staff! Close to good restaurants, Rogers Center, CN Tower. Parking was easy as well. My only down side what that we had the 4th floor and it's quite noisy throughout the night due to people outside (nothing the Hotel can do). Also the in-room Nespresso machine was difficult to use, I believe it was malfunctioning.

Remote didn’t work at arrival, had to be replaced. AC didn’t get colder than 71 degrees - room was very uncomfortable. Front desk not helpful in resolving issues. Room was nice and big, but everything else was below average.

We stayed at the SoHo hotel overnight so we could avoid the late night traffic home after attending Theatre. Our room was quite nice but on one of the lower floors so we had a little road noise to deal with while getting to sleep. The htoel is very close to many restaurants and a short walk to the Theatre District.

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and it was super comfortable and the ambiance was great as well as the view and the fact that it’s downtown and close to everything in walking distance is fantastic. the only things I didn’t like was the gap at the bottom of the door. You could see in if you got down and looked under it, you could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway and in the hall you could hear everything happening in the rooms and the main shower head in the room didn’t work only the hand held shower head worked so those parts were slightly irritating considering it’s such a fancy and expensive hotel. But other than those factors it was a very nice stay and will possibly stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing upon check in and the room is great, very clean. Went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was incredible. Will definitely be back.
