"Pros: The property is very comfortable, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and has all the facilities you may possibly need. The location and neighborhood is very beautiful, I enjoyed nice and pleasant walks with my family every evening. Susanna is an amazing host, she responds promptly to the messages on Holidu, is very helpful and hospitable. Cons: Nothing to dislike, everything was great."

"Wir wurden sehr sehr freundlich empfangen, betreut und verabschiedet - das habe ich bisher selten so erlebt! In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden und uns fehlte es an nichts! Doch leider kamen wir mit den Matratzen nicht zurecht, man spürte vor allem den Lattenrost und wurde bei jeder Drehung wach.. Insgesamt war es aber ein toller Kurz-Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für den netten Umgang!"

"En general el Hotel bien pero faltan agarraderas en el baño, son tinas de baño y dificil salir no tiene una agarradera bien ubicada y es peligroso, el personal de limpieza se olvida de reponer las botellas de agua para beber gentileza del hotel, el sistema actual de checkin 15:00 hrs y checkout 11:00 hrs resilta en grandes esperas en el lobbi y no funciona el bar ni hay agus y cafe disponibles para los pasajeros que esperan, creo que por el mismo costo se obtienen hoteles mejores en Hamburgo"
