"This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying."

"Very clean, new, and modern. Only complaint is there could be a lot more kitchen utensils (ie. cheese grater, measuring cups/spoons, more pots/pans/mixing bowls. And more availability of blankets/pillows/garbage bags etc. Otherwise a beautiful spot in a great location! "

"The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...

"Such a fabulous stay. The space was bright, clean, and comfortable, and the special touches made it feel even more welcoming. It was larger than expected, and we loved having a mini fridge and coffee machine, perfect for slow mornings or a little wine and cheese at the end of the day. We’d return in a heartbeat."

"We loved our stay here! What I loved most was the common area with the large sectional and seating area. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out! We used the kitchen for all meals and it was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the harbor. The only thing I would suggest to make it a better stay is more towels and adequate bedding for the pullout...
