"A Beautiful Home, very comfortable beds and towels are so fluffy and soft! So many extras in the kitchen, apart from food, no need to bring anything else! The pool was the highlight and spent most of our time outside under the patio! Ducted aircon was divine for those 40 degree days! Such a wonderful host, easy communications and will stay again when next in Dubbo! Lovely neighbourhood!"

"Everything! The house, the garden, cleanliness, and location. A couple of minor suggestions though: 1. The hot water tap over the kitchen sink is quite temperamental - boiling hot when first turned on and cold very quickly after that. 2. A dust pan would have been very helpful to complete the job of sweeping the floor. That's it! Would stay again in a heartbeat if in Dubbo again. "

"Unable to check in at 3pm. The cleaner was still in the house at check in time, only halfway through the clean. Access was easy apart from this.The house was superficially clean but many areas not thoroughly cleaned. The vacuum cleaner does not work. There are items that haven’t been maintained. Door handles coming off, shelving falling off walls. The dishwasher does not work well. Generally a lovely house that has been overused and not maintained. A group of six need more than one tea...

"Loved the property. Large and well appointed, and clean. Really well located. Added a lovely touch by including some goodies for the touch footy sporting tournament the girls were attending. Definitely recommend this place."

"The people before us must have had a dog and didn’t clean up after it as well as the cleaners. So dog poop on the grass etc. Not the best when you have children running around. Otherwise overall very good. "
