Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges ...
