"Our family loved this spot! We have kids age 14, 10, and 2 and there was plenty to do in the water and around the house for our stay. Everyone was comfortable and the listing was exactly as expected. This is our second stay with these owners and we would stay again in a heartbeat! I really appreciate having plenty of the basics available-paper towels, toilet paper, pantry items, linens/towels, etc. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! "

"Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

"This was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, very quiet, clean house, great communication. We had 4 adults and there was more than enough space for all of us. "The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up. "

"Beautiful home and views. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Pictures don't capture how spacious the living and kitchen areas are. Enjoyed bird watching and spotted a few does with fawns in the neighborhood. Especially enjoyed views of the sunset and moonlight reflecting off the cliffs across the lake. :-) Hope to return again!"

The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. "The homeowners were fantastic. The house was clean, spacious, well maintained. The sunset was viable from the front porch, and it was so colorful. I loved having coffee in the morning, sitting outside on the rocking chairs. They had four small pigs that my older kids loved feeding. I will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Springdale. "
