The property description on the website had ZERO indication that it was a 45 minute really treacherous car busting 'gravel' road to reach it. To be fair this was communicated in a whatsapp AFTER the booking was made, however ...

I booked a luxury house … When we got there we were put into an apartment. After speaking to the manger we were into the luxury house …but when go to the house the carpets were wet. They then tried to give us another house that didn’t look as if it was clean …
