"I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. "Host was great. Easy yet secure entry and exit. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and a large screen TV in the room. I stayed in February with temps in single digits and the apartment was warm and I had the ability to regulate the temperature. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. "Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) "

"This room was cute and very clean! Granted it was a rainy holiday weekend but the. neighborhood appears quiet and peaceful. The truffles left in our room were delicious and a nice touch! Two minute uber ride to Asbury Hotel which was perfect for the wedding we were attending. Danny was a fantastic host and was able to accommodate a special request which was so convenient with the rain that weekend. Would definitely stay here again!"

"House is exactly as listing showed. I was able to bring my family and dogs. Has everything you could need for a home away from home. Host kept in touch with us throughout our stay. We did come down during a very cold and windy time-the house heat kept us nice and warm and host checked in to make sure heat was good and pipes didn’t freeze. We had zero issues with any of that. I would recommend staying here. "
