We enjoyed our stay, the house was in a nice, fairly quiet area with the exception of being close to the railroad tracks and it’s not a quiet zone and every train that comes through blows its horn. There was a nice long driveway and the grounds were maintained nicely. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool that much because the weather turned a little cooler, but we were able to use the hot tub a few times. The house itself was fairly nice but could use some cosmetic fixes on the inside. There were a few things that the cleaning crew missed, but that has no reflection on the house itself or the owner. Location was convenient to Houston but far enough away to get away from the traffic when you wanted to. We appreciated the snacks and coffee that were set out for us to use. The backyard was our favorite part of our stay.

Pool was green and not available. House was good.

First I want to say the Property Manager did an amazing job communicating once we were there. BUT we arrived July 3rd expecting to have a 4th pool party and we had a completely green pool. The pool company had really dropped the ball and I get that challenge but someone should have canceled my reservation in advance and not allowed me and my family to arrive to a useless pool. We were not able to use the pool at all for our 4th of July family picnic. The house is in a great neighborhood so if this issue had not occurred we would have likely been very happy. When you add in that VRBO charged their entire fee and my partial refund is still stuck in Pending and we are simply not happy with Vacasa, VRBO and the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The house was beautiful, with a spacious kitchen and an open, comfortable living room that made it easy to relax indoors. But the real highlight was the outdoor space—the kitchen, patio, and pool area were incredibly relaxing. We ended up spending most of our days outside, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway, and we’ve already started looking at dates to come back in the next few months. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Get away on a rainy day

Property was fantastic all amenities as described. Check in was sketchy at first but we muttle through it. Pool w/ slide and fountians and spa fantastic. Our choice of weekend was not great (last cool front of season blew through). So we will definatly be seeking to rent out Quinn Road House.in the future. Oh side note neighborws Weimeir dog came over when we settled in and brought their own ball and entertained us for quite some time.playing toss and retreive. It was great.

Overall great

Kids loved the pool and hot tub especially the water slide and spent 2 days straight in it. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets were dirty and we had some minor ant issues but the property manager was extremely responsive and helped us resolve. Overall would definitely stay here again. One note is the 3rd bathroom is separate from the main part of the house which we did not realize before hand but we still had plenty of space to sleep and all worked out for our stay.

Nice Area

My girls loved the pool and patio, very quite and safe looking area. Only issues is not receiving info to get in door at checkin, unable to get fans to work, and limited towels with no wash cloths. However stores near by, was able to buy what we needed and they have a washer and dryer so was able to wash towels. Also if you like to sleep in, its way to bright in the morning, the curtains or sheer in bedrooms so you not going over sleep. They didn't have a lot of crazy checkout rules, just wish I paid attention to checkin and checkout time before I booked. But it seems a lot of going to 4pm checkin and 10am checkout, but we had another destination so it wasn't that big of deal to leave early. Plenty of room and recommend for families that are not to loud.

Great location and beautiful property

We had a great time staying in this fabulous home with an amazing back yard and pool. We walked down memory lane because growing up, my husband’s best friend lived next door and my husband lived across the street. The home is close to downtown and to close to all of our family we came in town to visit! Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Fun and comfortable home!

We absolutely loved this home and the time spent in Tomball. The backyard offered a lot of activities, but we enjoyed the pool the most. The bunk room was so cute & all the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space in the common rooms for the whole family to lounge around. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had older kids, but one thing that would have been nice to know is the 3rd bedroom & 3rd bathroom are only accessible from the back yard. (They have a separate entrance and are not accessible through the main house.) It worked out for our family, but families with younger kids may appreciate knowing. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt extremely safe. We will definitely consider renting again if the home is available the next time we are in Tomball.

Great location, very well kept property with awesome amenities.

Rented the property for a family get together. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and had lots of extra sleeping areas with three couches in the main house. The guest house or pool house room is separate but was great feature for the kids to be in during the day. Property manager responded quickly to any requests. Grill and outdoor area was very relaxing and the large fan made it very comfortable. The kitchen was great however most of the cups and plates were breakable so some solo cups and plastic dishes are recommended. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommended this property even for a weekend getaway for locals.
