"Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. "The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. "Great stay for family of seven. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to all the action. We had a van, but the bus stop is super close and if you can brave the cold and the hill you could walk everywhere.
