Nearly perfect place, we would visit again. Probably more of a 4.5 star rating if I could just for our specific case (young kids). Came exactly as advertised, maybe a little nicer even than pictures show. Hot tub was over-chemicaled, but, at least you know it was clean.

Unexpected flaws at the home.

When we arrived, the home initially looked great. It appeared clean and somewhat tidy. However, we found several things wrong. The trash can was full of trash and smelled bad. There were maggots in the garage. We had to go out and purchase bug spray to kill them. We had to supplement and place our trash in big plastic bags and put them into the garage. the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. When we opened the dishwasher, it smelled horrible. Of course, we ran the dishwasher so the smell would not permeate the house. There was a piece of the freezer door that was hanging to the point we could not close the refrigerator door without lifting the hanging piece. The electrical outlets in the basement were not working. I tried to locate a switch to reset them, but I could not find it. My girls could not charge their phones or their laptops. I reached the owner, but at the time he was not available to come and assist. This was our first stay on Vrbo. Very disappointed.

Beautifully decorated home with everything you need including a gorgeous master bedroom as well as a new hot tub in the backyard. Chad was a terrific host and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again in the future!

Excellent Rental Property Well-Maintained in Great Location

I have stayed at this property for many years and have never had problems. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. The location is near the City of Toledo but on the western side that is also close to many Toledo Metroparks in more rural areas. The property owner is communicative, helpful, and has always ensured that the stay is pleasant. There is no greater endorsement than having rented this property repeatedly for many years.

Great Host

We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice assortment of basic food supplies in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay in Toledo comfortable and affordable.

Perfect for a nearby R&R experience (50 miles from home)

My friend and I stayed here two years ago and loved the roomy environment, amenities, neighborhood, and friendliness extended by Chad (the owner/property manager). We wanted a quiet, "do-nothing" vacation—other than reading, sleeping, and binge-watching our favorite shows on a big-screen TV using my Amazon Firestick. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy, paper supplies were at hand, and the kitchen had good pans (often in bad shape in other VRBOs). The roomy walk-in shower was easy to access, and there was WIFI + plenty of table space to set up my computer. As before, we loved every aspect of our stay! We've already reserved a nine-night stay for next year.(Can't wait!)

Nice house

This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and the owner left us some food and water to get us started off - which was very nice! The only down side is that there are no bedrooms with twin beds, so that makes it difficult if you have 3 kids - either 2 share a bed or once gets a couch! Other than that, though, it was as described and very clean and nice.

Spacious, light, well-appointed, clean and perfect location

We are former residents of Toledo (Sylvania). This property, situated just south of the city of Sylvania is amazingly located. Close to the the expressway, shopping, and more. The owner was very thoughtful- bought food for breakfast which is unusual! The villa is immaculate and extremely spacious. Comfortable linens and about a billion towels. Check in and out was simple with keypads and garage parking. Very quiet area. If you want to make this a drunken frat boy weekend this is likely not for you. But if you want an comfortable, quiet and well appointed place you can’t do better. We will be back.

Perfect location for Toledo activities

Excellent home , location and host ! Our family enjoyed the week in this beautiful home located in a private neighborhood. The check in and out process was seamless with outstanding communication. The home was super clean with great decor and high quality throughout. The hot tub was greatly appreciated after a full day at the zoo and another day enjoying the art museum and viewing glass blowing demonstrations. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for my family’s next trip in the area !
