"My family has a beach house in Waldport and several family members were coming down for Memorial day. We needed extra room so we rented the Mermaids Lair. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all the mermaids.The neighborhood was amazing so quiet and so close to the beach. It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this house for families and froends."

"Our family needed an unplugged getaway and Yachats was perfect. The house was more than we needed, but also perfect. We parked the day we arrived and had no need to drive until our departure. If you are looking for an immaculately clean house, this place is not for you. There are lots of beautiful beams and high ceilings, so lots of opportunities for spiders and cobwebs. Our family is okay with this, but not everyone is. We loved our stay"

"recently stayed at this charming beach cabin and had an overall fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with stunning views. The cabin itself is well-maintained, cozy, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway.However, I have to mention that the couch in the living area is in desperate need of replacement. "Overall my fiancé and I loved this place! I will say the photos are quite different then what it currently looks like. There are no longer the bunk beds, we didn’t have access to the bikes also but this wasn’t a big deal. We loved how close this was to the beach, and how homey it felt.
