Very well decorated - perfect location.

We loved the sea turtle decorations and new furniture. The view of the ocean was beyond spectacular. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

My family and I had a great time staying at this beach front condo in Villa Iguana Resort. This is our 3rd visit to Iguana and we love it more and more each time we visit. The listing description of the condo was accurate and the amenities were awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked with a fresh water tank for drinking and all the necessary appliances and utensils in the kitchen. We swam everyday in the pool and in the ocean. The beach was clean, private, and very secluded. We were able to rent surf boards easily and had several restaurants to choose from near by. Thank you Cyndee and Rob for helping us make the arrangements and for the process to be such a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit already.

amazing view

We spent a wonderful week at this place. It was equipped with everthing you need to feel like home. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from our deck was breathtaking. We like being on 2nd floor for the breeze, views, privacy and security. The beach provides good hard sand for walking and the surf for boogie boarding and surfing. We used the golf course a couple of times. It was well designed 9 hole. We enjoyed it. The rates are for 18 holes, cart,and good rental clubs (Calloway). We did do a fair amount of cooking. Manuel came by and sold us fresh red snapper. He will come every day if f u want. We rented a golf cart to get around. Next time we will rent a car so we can explore the area outside of iguana more. However, I don't th hi nk we would not have left this beau tiful place too much. It's hard to be off the beach.

Love the condo!

My wife, 2-year old daughter and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We were eager to stay in Hacienda Iguana and this property was beautiful! Everything in the listing was accurate and as promised, we surely enjoyed the ocean views!!! Long amazing beach right our front. I played the golf courses often and my wife and daughter enjoyed the pool right our front. I'd recommend this property to anyone that is considering a vacation in Nicaragua. We hope to stay again!!

Great Condo

If you surf or if you just want to be right next to an awesome beach, I would strongly recommend this place. We actually had to catch our breath when we first walked in because the view over the Pacific is so spectacular. This is the closest I've ever stayed to the ocean. You are right there! You can watch the surf while lying in the master bed! Like the other reviews indicate, the décor fits right in with the natural beauty of the beach. It is a short walk to excellent surf and the restaurant at Playa Colorados is fantastic with really healthy and delicious food (not to mention the fact that you can watch guys getting barreled while eating). The hiking options around the condo are awesome. My fiancée who doesn't surf loved it too. A guy walks around every day selling fresh lobster, snapper, etc. and you can bbq it up by the pool if you feel like cooking. Highly recommend the condo.

Beautifully decorated and perfect location!

We loved this condo! The location couldn't be better, since we were directly facing the ocean. I couldn't get enough of those crystal clear blue waves and white sand. I've stayed in other beach condos that were very bland looking. This one is anything but bland. It is well decorated with sea themed decorations. The colors were bright and cheerful. I plan on booking this condo again on my next surf trip.

Amazing place to spend a vacation!

Really nice condo with all the amenities! We really have no complaints about this condo at all except had to go home when the vacation was over. The place was very clean and stocked with everything needed to cook great meals. If you don't feel like cooking there are a few great restaurants at Iguanas with really delicious, fresh food. The condo also has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean which is great for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Everything in the condo was up to date including a/c which we actually rarely used because being on the second floor allowed for a great breeze to keep things comfortable. Whether you're taking the family down to Nica to do some exploring or getting some friends together to surf and just relax you can't go wrong!
