1. What floor is the property on? Is there an elevator?
The property is located on the 4th floor of the building.
We sincerely apologize, but there is no elevator in the building. Guests will need to use the stairs during their stay and carry their own luggage.

2. How do we check in?
We provide a convenient self check-in experience using a password key box.
The key will be placed inside the key box. The key box password will be sent to you on the check-in day after the cleaning and check-in preparations have been completed. Please kindly check your platform messages at that time.

3. Is early check-in possible?
It may be possible. Our normal check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
Since we need time to complete cleaning and check-in preparations before your arrival, if everything is ready earlier on the day, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to arrange an earlier check-in for you.
If you would like to check in early, please feel free to contact us in advance so we can confirm the situation on the day.

4. Can we store our luggage before check-in?
Yes. On the check-in day, you may leave your luggage inside the property after 12:00 p.m.

5. Are parties or events allowed?
