An incredible value for Shibuya. Great spot right off a main street and only 10 minute walk from the center. Big enough for 3 people with a washing machine inside the apartment

The location of this place is incredible. Food, coffee, entertainment, temple, everything! Super accessible! Easy to find, convenient entry and exit. The kitchen is cute and having laundry in the unit was a real bonus. Beds were comfy and having air upstairs and down can come in handy as climate changes. Upon entry the place seemed dim and smelled of smoke. It may have been the renters before us, but Ko immediately kicked into gear to help us, and after opening shades and the windows, everything got aired out.

This was a great location with an excellent responsive host. Lots of amenities close by yet settled on a quiet street. The stairs could be tricky for anybody with mobility concerns. I enjoyed my stay.

Thank you for having us!I rated the stay 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons:1. The walking time to Shibuya Crossing is actually around 16–20 minutes, not 8 minutes as stated.2. The mattresses need to be replaced they’re quite worn, and you can feel the coils, which makes them uncomfortable.3. The noise in the morning is quite loud from the next apartment you can hear it like inside the unit 4. It will be HARD for some people to go upstairs to the beds. Last this this apartment easily fits 3 to 4 people the sofa is more comfortable to sleep on than the beds The man whos owns the place was VERY nice and helpful he always there for you if you need anything.

Everything was very well organized and extremely clean. Very central located and once I figured out how to open the door to the bathroom all was very well. Ko was a wonderful and communicative host. The unit was comfortable, clean and full of amenities. The location was fantastic: very quiet, 2 minute walk to the nearest Konbini, at least 3 vending machines within a stones throw, Restaurants and a coffee shop all within minutes away. Walk to the scramble took a little longer than 8 minutes, but that was fine by me. Equidistant from both Shibuya and Ebisu station (both on the Yamanote line), which was really nice because Ebisu is far less busy, making riding during high traffic times much less of a hassle than navigating Shibuya. Great location if you want to be near the heart of Tokyo without the business of being in the heart of Tokyo. Would definitely stay again.

Super close to Shibuya! I’m probably a slower walker but could still get there in 12/15mins! The apartment was very clean and had a fun loft layout. There was a lot of space-even in the loft. We were excited to be able to get into Tokyo really quick and then walk back in the evening. The neighborhood is also on a quiet back street with a few shops and restaurants nearby.

Superb location, was just the perfect setup for me

I went to Tokyo while my grandson is there for a semester as an exchange student. It was perfect for me alone. Might be ok for two light packer travelers. The stairs are rather steep, so for people with limited mobility this is not the best setup. Perfect location, and Ko is super fast with replies. I was also allowed to check out late, as my flight was in the evening- that was tremendously helpful. Definitely would rent there again.

Great Location and Excellent Host

Ko was very helpful during our check in a check out process. He was very quick to respond when we had questions. I stayed with my college age son and we had plenty of space and the short walk to Shibuya and Ebisu Station made getting around the city easy. I will book again with Ko when I return.

Great solo stay in Shibuya

The unit I stayed in had slight differences than the unit pictured, but it was located in the same building complex. I really enjoyed the convenience of the location - easy access to a Seven Eleven and near public transit routes. The building is about halfway between Ebisu Station and Shibuya Station, a bit longer than a 7 minute walk but still very close to everything. The stairs in the unit are very steep to get up to the bed but a pleasant stay!

Accessibility to the train station, shopping. They are very close to 7-11 , family mart, for late time foodstuffs needs. Comfortable bed. Clean. Kitchen supplies for cooking. They provide laundry supplies. You don need to bring a lot of clothes. Ko answers really fast to your inquiry. Love it.

Japan birthday trip

Hotel was conveniently located in the suburbs of shibuya. Easy walk to shibuya scramble area or Ebisu. I would definitely stay again when I visit Japan.

Great location and so many things. Walkable including a lovely coffee shop with one of the best avocado toast right around the corner. It's for three people Max unless the fourth person is a young child less than six years old. Going up and down those block stairs is awkward at first

Nice neighborhood apartment

The property was very clean and easy to find. It’s a 10 min walk to Shibuya Crossing and a 2 min walk to the nearest convince store. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. No complaints.

Excellent location

Excellent location in Shibuya, close to post office, super market and convenience stores. Short bus ride or 10-15 minute walk to Shibuya station. Very helpful owner.
