Our team puts in a lot of effort to make the house look beautiful, so please take good care of it for us!

Violation of any of these rules will result in a fine of up to ¥100,000. In addition, any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest in addition to the aforementioned fine.

Friendly Reminders

- Please do not open windows when it rains, as moisture can damage the window frames.

- Please do not leave excessive boxes/unnecessary luggage; the cost of disposing of these items will be charged to the guest.

- Please do not make loud noises or play loud music, so as not to disturb the neighbors. This is a residential area.

- Please do not leave lights and air conditioning on when leaving the apartment. Let's protect the environment and save our planet!

- If you use a gas stove, please do not leave the fire unattended.

- Please take care of all furniture and appliances.

- Please put the key back in the keypad to avoid loss. If the key is lost, we will need to send someone to make a new one, in which case we will charge a fixed fee of 20,000 yen.

- Please do not leave the door open for too long, especially in summer; if there are mosquitoes in the house, it will be very unpleasant for you, and we will not be able to assist you!

- When checking out, please double-check that you have packed all your belongings. We are only happy to assist you in sending your belongings if you are still in Japan.
