Over all we have such a beautiful stay that we’re planning again for next year. While previous guests left a bit of untidiness the Property Manager was very accommodating as we took care of it ourselves, everyone enjoyed themselves.

Not enough glasses Dishwasher had to be empty and the dishes were dirtyCoffee maker was horrible as was the toaster Not enough seatingWe arrived to snow covered driveway, porch ans deck. No towels in bathrooms. Not enough toilet paper or other paper products. We would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! There was trash in the basement and it was cold & dirty.

Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing weekend getaway with friends at this beautiful mountain house! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay went smoothly. We all had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this place to friends. Easter Family Getaway

Our stay was truly exceptional! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured-if not better. Great place to stay!

My stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in process. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one could need. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. When I called Debbie when we arrived, she assumed we were calling to complain however I was inquiring about parking. The property had not been shoveled or salted, and the steps were extremely icy, creating a safety concern. Thankfully my BIL had a metal shovel that my nephew used to break the ice on the steps.Throughout most of our stay, there was little hot water. The home was not properly cleaned—there was dirt under beds, trash under couches, dirty showers, a dirty patio, and a strong odor in the basement.Several items were broken or not functioning properly, including the upstairs shower handle, bathroom light, dryer handle, chairs, recliners, and vacuum. The patio door did not lock properly, there were no blinds or curtains on the patio door, and a bullet was found in a drawer, which was alarming. The master bedroom shower did not have a curtain. The game room was unusable due to missing and broken equipment. Salt and a shovel were not provided until the third day-made property manager aware of ice covered steps upon arrival. We couldn’t use the fireplace in the living room-it blew out cold air. The positives were that the house was very spacious and the location was great. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews before booking this property. I moved forward because it accommodated my entire group and nearby properties were booking quickly.

Great house for the extended family

Our family stayed here for our Camelbeach/Aquatopia trip. The location was convenient and the house was great. There were lots of pots/pans, dishes, cups, etc for us to make meals. Kids and adults all had space to spread out.

marriage retreat

We had a wonderful stay. We ended up having a carbon monoxide leak in the 1st home when we got there. Right away we called and was given the house right across the street. I appreciated how quickly i was responded to not to mention how quickly she gave us a new house. some of the outlets didn't work but other than that it was a nice house and we all fit great!

House nicely renovated

House is renovated and games for the kids which is amazing. Downside, the shower only dripps water and very hard to shower. Place wasn't very clean We found wrapper of chips under the bed and blunt wrapper on one of the beds. Overall the house is cute and welcoming but cleaning management need to shape up. Also, in the winter time, the club house is useless and a waste of money as we didn't do or have any association with them

Less than Luxurious

Pros: The location is good for Kalahari, ski resorts etc., and there are a lot of beds as described in the listing for many people to sleep.Cons: In spite of the number of beds to accommodate a large group, the home is not set up otherwise for it——barely enough towels, not enough silverware, not enough hot water, and the HVAC system isn’t designed to keep all the rooms comfortable—-one will be hot while another is cold. Additionally, the smoke detector batteries were not all functional and the ice in the driveway/porch not attempted to be remedied. Finally,the kids couldn’t spend time in the basement, as we discovered mouse droppings on the pool table and the smell wasn’t tolerable…, so overall the cleanliness was not up to par.

Very Dissatisfied

Cleanliness was a concern, with unpleasant-smelling towels, dirty cabinets, and wet dishes left in the kitchen. We also noticed signs of rodent activity, and trash was overflowing in the driveway when we arrived. Maintenance was another issue—furniture had cigarette burns and rips, the smoke detector was beeping upon entry, and the back sliding door did not lock, which raised security concerns.The quality of the furnishings and materials also felt below standard, with poorly installed particle board cabinets. These factors detracted from what could otherwise be a pleasant rental.With some focused updates and attention to detail, this home could become a welcoming space. Until then, we recommend checking with the host to ensure these concerns have been addressed.

Help with this matter

Hello, my name is Robert Isakov and I have an issue with the stay that I had just conducted. On July 4th, my family and I have booked the following house and we were all so excited to enjoy the weekend however, we didn't joy a bit. When we arrived at the house, the first thing we saw was how dirty the front porch and the surroundings outside. When we came in we were struck with the smell of dust and spider webs on practically all the walls in the rooms. Instead of my family and I enjoying my vacation I had to drive to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies because there was nothing provided in the house (although they said they have everything). Following that, for 4th of July we wanted go to the community pool but when we went to look for towels, the host explained that there were towels for all 11 guests however, there were only 3 towels for the guests, so instead of going to the pool we went to the store and had to by towels for all 11 guests. (Why do I have to buy towels when I am promised that they are provided and enough for our guests). That night we wanted to do some grilling on the grill that was provided however when I opened the grill it was so rusted to the point that there was rust peeling when it was windy. In the grill there was also a bee hive inside the grill. After we came back from the pool, we wanted to wash our cloths in the washing machine, however when I opened the machine and it was full of dust and clumps ofhair and it was unsanitary to was clothing.

Details below. Picture this: You and your friends haven’t seen each other in a while and are getting together to celebrate. The second day you’re there, despite the fact that you absolutely did not flush anything out of the ordinary, two of the three toilets fill up with water and are unable to be fixed, even with copious plunging. They’re still draining slowly, so you simply decide not to use them. The homeowner does not respond to your pleas for help. The next day, you call the homeowner and he says he is sending over the neighbor, who is a handyman, to fix it. The handyman never shows. Down to one toilet, you’re still doing okay. Then someone does laundry. All three toilets overflow, soaking some of your clothes with sewage water. This is clearly a DEEP, SYSTEMIC PLUMBING ISSUE. You call all three of the listed numbers for help, and no one answers any of them. Helpless. You decide to simply not use any water, and get through the last day of what was supposed to be a nice trip as unscathed as possible. Ha. The next day, the handyman finally shows up, says he cannot fix it, and leaves. Then, more than two full days after informing the homeowner of the problem, he sends the woman who cleans the house with some industrial drano to fix the problem. She works on it for an hour and a half, and then leaves. “Thank goodness,” you think. “At last, the end is in sight.” IF ONLY. Instead of draining, all three toilets and both bathtubs begin to FILL WITH RAW SEWAGE AT AN ALARMING RATE. The cleaning woman is shocked and says there is nothing she can do to fix this. The homeowner is (again! unsurprisingly!) unresponsive. So, instead of having a nice dinner on your last day together, you and two friends realize the only way to keep human waste off of the floor until morning is to bail raw sewage out of the bathtubs. You find a large bucket and do this for the next hour. Once the bathtubs are clear, the toilets start filling up rapidly. You are barely able to clear all three toilets before they are at the brim again. Now I bet you’re thinking, “wow this is a really detailed hypothetical...did this happen to these renters?” Yes! It was truly one of the most disgusting and stressful experiences of our lives. And somehow it continued to get worse from there.

Amazing Stay in Tobyhanna

Wonderful house able to accommodate large group. Evenings on deck was a memorable experience. Debby, the property manager was super friendly and responsive. Great experience overall!!!

Great Stay

This rental had plenty of room for our large group to both sleep and hangout. Debbie was extremely helpful answering our questions and was always trying to make our stay better. Traveling with a large group can get overwhelming but both Debbie and this great property made it an amazing experience.
