Amazing house and great landlord

We stayed at this house for a weekend and honestly had a great time! The house was very nice, clean, and had basically everything we needed. There was much space for everyone to hang out, sleep comfortably, and vibe together. The kitchen was great, the living areas were perfect for chilling, and the campfire setup was awesome. Huge shoutout to Yuriy too—he was helpful and easy to communicate with the whole time. Questions answered fast and made the whole booking process super smooth. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, spacious spot for a big group trip!!

Great house, perfect for a big group!

My son and a bunch of his friends rented the house for after prom weekend. The house was great and the owner was wonderful. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. The house was perfect for a large group like this. Would definitely recommend it! Thanks for a great weekend!

The house was honestly perfect except for the middle bathroom door that wouldn’t close. Also ur pool sticks are broken too just let me know how much and I’ll send it right away. Thank you

Not a pleaseant experience

Property was not in a great shape. There were leaks in top floor bathroom, unfinished drywalls and heater was not even working. The hot wate would run after 2 showers. Not a good place to rent.

Spacious property, good size bedrooms, good bathrooms. House needs renovation in more areas and new appliances-dishwasher, grill Community pool and beach are good for the young children and below our expectations but the Tobyhanna state park and beach are awesome and only 20 min away

Awesome for large groups

This house was great, me and all of my friends had a great time and were all comfortable. The house was clean and there was plenty of room. The owner was very helpful before, during and after our stay, and the communication was great. I highly recommend for larger group gatherings!!!

We had a great time

This home was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. This house had all that we needed. There was enough space for all of us to have a great time all together, and enough space for us to have time apart - in the same house. This house is lovely, the rooms are comfortable. It's not a new, modern house, let me be clear. But it is well kept, clean and the host provided us with alot of basic supplies, which was wonderful and surprising. The beds are hard lol but we all slept well! There's a dehumidifier on the first floor, which was very helpful to us. Washer and dryer worked great. Refrigerators, stove and ac units all worked well. The variety of apps on the tv was surprising too. We watched quite a few movies during our stay, dad loves movies. The host for this rental is such a sweetheart. He really is. Every message I sent was answered within the hour, every time! Sometimes within minutes. Very informative, worked with me for the payments and scheduling. Gave me all the info i would need for checking us in. Easy, hassle free rental. My uncle and aunt came to visit, as they were close, and he helped us get them a pass to visit. It was a wonderful trip.

Friends weekend

The house was everything we thought it would be. Accurately described and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Within minutes I would have a reply. It was an easy check in and check out and as stated the home Was exactly as promised. Our group loved it! Certainly would book again.

Never again

I booked this house for my 22nd birthday with friends and family. I expected a nice house with great functioning equipments with a nice responsive understanding host. However, when we got there the drive in was very confusing and long. The house was neat and clean but the heater wasn’t working, the shower was cold for all 3 days, the beds was hard, the water facet in one bathroom stopped working and he blamed my family saying “we drained the tank”. Every time we contacted him his contractor came fast but the problem was not being fixed fast enough. For me to take a cold shower on my birthday was disappointing. Not to mention the bedroom doors and bathrooms didn’t all have locks so not much privacy. The beds was so hard that people actually so let on the couch pillows for comfort. My dad back was hurting days after. The safety was also a problem because the side porch doors didn’t have locks. The stove was electric which we used many times but for some reason no matter how low it was, it was still burning all the food we made. I told him about all my problems when I was there and we agreed on some type of compensation but once I got back home he only offered me 10% discount on any of his future homes. I declined it because that’s not what we originally agreed on and why would I want to stay at your homes again if I had a terrible experience. He ignored my call for several days after I didn’t agree with this.

Moderate stay

The facade of the house needs some update. Upon arrival we encountered a lot of flies by the lower level windows and walls. The floors were not swept. The only pictures exaggerated the interior layout of the house and overall furniture. There some particular improvements that must be made such as fixing the entrance steps, tub corners with water mold mildew, window screens. The owner must specify the lack of AC throughout the house. Fans were not sufficient specially in the attic. The sofa in the recreation room was dirty, had a few spill stains. We tried making the best of it regardless the inconveniences. The owner was very fast to attend our needs and concerns. He even left us s’mores and provided products to minimize the flies in the house.

Review

The property was very nice and in a great location. There were various amenities offered, however some were closed during our stay. The property was as described, and was very spacious for our trip. However, the house did not offer air conditioning which made the house very hot during especially humid and hot days. There were fans in the house but they didn’t necessarily cool the house. Overall, the property was a great place to stay in.
