On behalf of Matthias and Magally from Villas del Cuyo, we want to communicate the following points so that your stay and experience are more pleasant and together we create the best environment for you. Remember this is an Airbnb and not a Hotel so some things may vary.

Early check in and/or late check out requests:
upon availability, no charge from us, but 15 Eur/Usd donation for an official Gofundme Fundraiser we organise. We send infos on request to Matthias only, at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

House/apartment requirements

1. make sure to contract a travel, health and accident insurance.
2. Report to us any damage in house that may arise and we try to solve it.
3. We do not allow parties or loud music at late hours, we want everyone to have a relaxed atmosphere during their vacation!
4. Do not leave garbage or food outside to avoid attracting small critters and at the same time protect the animals in the area, they take the garbage outside to trash bin..an avoid leaving flames or candles burning
5. Avoid extra guests (over night)
5b. We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage of car or your belongings while staying at our property.
6. Do not use the toilet as a garbage can and clean your feet of sand outside the house so we avoid clogging the pipes and the drain in showers and toilets.
8. Take care of the inventory, if something breaks we deduct it from the deposit at the end of the stay.
9. Cleaning with change of sheets included every 7 days, change of towels every 3 days included
10. This is an Airbnb , your home away from home, it is not a hotel. It is delivered with a bottle of water, soap, toilet paper roll, axxion, sponge. When it's over you have buy them on your own.
11. The caretaker is Magally, she is available from 9 am to 4 pm in case you need help with anything. Please treat her with respect. Her whatsapp is +
12. Please check that they have the WIFI code, towels, that the boiler is on and that everything is clean and in order in the house.
13. We do not accept pets at Hacienda del Cuyo (beach house) at Hacienda Antigua yes ($ 50Usd deposit)
14. Before your departure please leave dirty towels on the floor and do not leave dirty dishes.

Anforderungen an Haus/Wohnung

1. Schließen Sie unbedingt eine Reise-, Kranken- und Unfallversicherung ab.
2. Melden Sie Schäden am Haus und wir werden versuchen, sie zu beheben.
3. Wir erlauben keine Partys oder laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht, wir möchten, dass jeder während seines Urlaubs eine entspannte Atmosphäre hat!
4. Lassen Sie keinen Müll oder Essenreste liegen, um kein Ungeziefer anzulocken. Sie bringen den Müll nach draußen und vermeiden auch offene Flammen oder brennende Kerzen
5. Vermeiden Sie zusätzliche Gäste (über Nacht)
5b. Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für Diebstahl oder Beschädigung des Autos oder Ihrer Sachen während Ihres Aufenthalts in unserem Eigentum.
6. Verwenden Sie die Toilette nicht als Mülleimer und reinigen Sie Ihre Füße vom Sand außerhalb des Hauses, damit wir ein Verstopfen der Rohre und Abflüsse in Duschen und Toiletten vermeiden.
8. Kümmere dich um das Inventar, wenn etwas kaputt geht, ziehen wir es am Ende des Aufenthalts von der Kaution ab.
9. Reinigung inkl. Bettwäschewechsel alle 7 Tage, Handtuchwechsel alle 3

10. Dies ist ein Airbnb, dein zweites Zuhause, es ist kein Hotel. Es kommt mit einer Flasche Wasser, Seife, Toilettenpapierrolle, Axxion, Schwamm. Wenn es vorbei ist, müssen Sie sie selbst kaufen.
11. Die Hausmeisterin ist Magally, sie ist von 9.00 bisUhr erreichbar, falls Sie bei irgendetwas Hilfe benötigen. Bitte behandeln Sie sie mit Respekt. Ihr WhatsApp wird vor Anreise mitgeteilt.
12. Bitte überprüfen Sie, ob sie den WIFI-Code und Handtücher haben, ob der Boiler eingeschaltet ist und ob im Haus alles sauber und in Ordnung ist.
13. Wir akzeptieren keine Haustiere in der Hacienda del Cuyo (Strandhaus) in der Hacienda Antigua ja (50 Usd Kaution)
14. Bitte hinterlassen Sie vor Ihrer Abreise schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Boden und lassen Sie kein schmutziges Geschirr zurück.
