Dreamlike atmospheres a stone's throw from Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana

A characteristic house in the historic center, with thick walls, beautiful high ceilings, arches and stairs. You can go out into the courtyard to eat or relax and spend the afternoon and evening on the large terrace, on the comfortable sofas or at the beautiful cast iron table.
It is right in the center, next to the main street, and you can reach Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana in just a few steps.


I restored the house according to its characteristic architectural spirit, all arches, steps, high ceilings and differences in height. You will find an intimate environment, in which every piece of furniture has been desired, chosen and harmonized with the context to offer you a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere.
In the house a spacious bedroom with reading area and desk is waiting for you.
In the living room (a passage room) the sofa easily turns into a comfortable double bed.
In the living room: the kitchenette with gas stove, a kettle, a toaster, an electric juicer, a cappuccino machine and many utensils.
The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a sink and a toilet.

From the living room you will be able to enter the courtyard, and from there to the terrace. These are spaces shared with me and my partner (and some neighborhood cat passing by). I will reserve the use of outdoor spaces and furnishings, only you could see me water the plants, or reach the service rooms that overlook the courtyard.
The terrace is completely at your disposal and you can spend your time here from 11:00 to 24:00.

* In the house there is no air conditioning: it is not necessary because it is an ancient house in the historic center, with thick walls that keep the cool of the night. However, I leave a standing fan available. *

The house, a stone's throw from the main street, is located in a neighborhood that maintains its popular character. It is ideally located for visiting Villa d'Este (500 meters away), Villa Gregoriana (450 meters away) and the other beauties of the historic center.

I want to offer you a personalized service based on your needs. For this I ask you to communicate your arrival time to the house ** at least one day before **, so you can be welcomed immediately, without waiting.

***IMPORTANT***
I am required, due to legal obligations, to record the documents of each guest upon arrival. Therefore, be concerned about bringing a valid identity document (identity card or passport) for each member of your group, even if a minor; otherwise, unfortunately it will not be possible to welcome you at home.

Upon arrival I will ask you to sign the tourist lease. It is mandatory by law and is a summary of everything written on this page.

For the first five consecutive nights of stay, the tourist tax of € 2 per night per person will be paid in cash (children under 10 are free).
