Great place!
We had a group of friends stay all weekend and were also able to have a group come in for 50th birthday party on the pool deck one of the days. Everyone had a blast and Larry was a great host. We look forward to visiting again.

Interesting property with a great view
Spectacular views from the house, over the Indian River with the Cape Kennedy missile complex in the distance. Great sunrises. The house is very interesting, with more bedrooms than the four of us needed. A lot of attention to detail in the construction with pie plate ceilings and rounded corners; it was built by Larry in 2009. The backyard spa and pool are very nice, and Larry is readily available for any help you may need.

Gorgeous views but property needs some repairs.
Stunning waterfront views and gorgeous yard and dock, however a number of window and exterior door headers have severe water damage. Flooring in dining room has been warped due to water damage and a number of switches do not work. The carbon monoxide sensor went off a couple of times and the host came to correct. The front bedroom has a gas water heater in the closet that seemed to be leaking though as there was a smell of gas in that room on the last night. The pool also had several water fountain features that were broken. The showers are single person and the purple tub could not be stopped up to bath the kids. The beds are rock hard also. This could be a really awesome property with some additional TLC. We will not rebook this location.

The owner, doesn’t do the scheduling himself, was not expecting us. He had contractors doing work on the property. He was expecting us the next day. I did have a VERY HARD time getting the lady that does his booking to add our whole stay to the calendar. I paid extra for air mattresses that were not delivered till the second night. So when people that were going to use them had the impression there was nothing for them to sleep on when they came in the middle of the night. They ended up getting a hotel room in the middle of the night and didn’t stay the whole time. So I do feel like we were over charged for the air mattresses. We were thrilled about the rocked launch !!! We enjoyed the kayaks and walking the pier. We saw dolphins and stingrays. Larry brought us ice. Very nice. I was not pleased when I showed up and Larry didn’t know that the heated pool was already paid for. He was telling my brother he could pay him cash to heat the pool. The hot tub does need a safety rail for everyone to enjoy it. My parents and I were unable to get in and out safely. The home itself is Amazing as far as space for all ten of us. I am disappointed the air mattress weren’t visible the first night and that I paid for people to stay and ultimately they left when we didn’t know. I also live in Florida, so I understand about water damage and everything. My parents don’t, so they were worried water going to come in because of the damage on the wall facing the water.

Beautiful Waterfront
Everything about the home was wonderful. We enjoyed walking along and fishing from the pier. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was attractive. The owner was helpful as we had no idea how to turn on the heat. The only glitch was the place was not ready to be occupied when we arrive at 4:00 and we had to wait outside while they finished cleaning.

Great Family get-away Home!
We had our family here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A SpaceX launch happened while we were there and it was awesome. You can easily watch the launch and hear the sonic boom. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

Outstanding Home
We were a gathering of family to celebrate the 100th birthday of my father in law. Our group included his children (son & daughter plus spouses), grandchildren (plus spouses), and great grandchildren. We found the home to be fantastic (one grandchild exclaimed, "we're staying in a mansion" and the host to be very accommodating. Of particular note is the view of NASA facilities across the bay, it is directly across from the Vehicle Assembly Building; add to all of this, there was a night launch on my FIL's birthday. We highly recommend the home.

Absolutely Beautiful
We had a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect for our big family. Home is very roomy, all bedrooms have bathrooms and owner was very accomodating. Pool, hot tub and gazebo were so lovely! High School reunion
This house was a perfect fit for our needs. We came in for our high school reunion. This house was great to have a few extra friends over and hang out at the pool or on the dock. We also got to see a launch one afternoon.

Nice stay
We had a wonderful time. We thought the house was dated as far as paint, furnishings, basic repair items however it served our purpose well. We thought it was priced right for the accommodations. We had an issue with the AC while there and the owner was very responsive and had the problem resolved immediately. The pool was cleaned daily when we were there and parking was plentiful.

Perfect Weekend Celebration
Outstanding location and a beautiful house with a spectacular view and access to Indian River. Excellent pool, backyard, and dock with a view of Kennedy Space Center’s Vehicle Assembly Building and launch pads. An exceptional weekend topped off by watching a Space X launch. Larry was a great host. Overall an exceptional place for a family gathering and celebration.

Nice house with some issues
Good points: Fair price, large house, nicely decorated, great viewing of a rocket launch, caught lots of fish off of the dock and gazebo. The dock was sturdy and the gazebo had a nice porch swing. Neighborhood looked like it had gone downhill but was safe. Problems: The yard is not properly fenced for a dog (even though I asked the owner and paid the pet fee). The gates don't properly close and there are large gaps in the fence. Also, his yard man took one of the gates down while we were still there. Both dogs got out and one ended up in the busy road (thankfully did not get hit by a car). Also, the listing states that there are kayaks and a canoe but there is no way to get them into the water and the canoe was full of water. The pool was quite dirty. You have to go through one bedroom to get to another one. Shades were broken in the master bedroom by the pool area so privacy was an issue. Also, there was no wood for the fire pit (the listing stated there would be). I gave the listing a 4 because overall we had a great trip.

Mansion on the water
Absolutely stunning property. Extremely clean inside. Every morning walking out of the dock watching Dolphins, birds and fish was the best way to start the day. Would definitely recommend and planning on staying here again.

Beautiful views of Cape Canaveral
Lovely home for a family get together! Plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need. Kids enjoyed the pool, spa and kayaking. Location was great to visit different beaches and restaurants. Owner was excellent to work with. Looking forward to another visit!

Spacious & Clean
My husband and I stayed with his brother and sister-in-law and two additional single family members so with 4 en-suite bedrooms we had all the space and privacy we needed … always a huge plus when traveling and there was an additional bedroom and a bed off one of the bedrooms that could have accommodated even more. The gathering areas were large enough to accommodate us as well as some friends and family who were also in town. The pool is super cute with an attached hot tub which was enjoyed by all. A super fun bonus was being able to watch a space launch from the gazebo at the end of the dock. Larry and Jimi both checked in on us at separate times to make sure we were able to access the home and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All in all it was a win win win.

Great Getaway
Perfect spot for out family with an abundant of wildlife and aquatic animals from manatees, dolphins, all species of fish to birds and our family friend gator. The pool was Great for our family. Not a true fan of electric kitchen when you come from a gas kitchen. So the gas grill was a great place to cook and worked out great for us. Did get to see a rocket launch so that was a Great bonus. Would return for another stay Thanks Tim

Fabulous Stay!!
This home is beautiful and the view couldn't be any better. My husband & I stayed for 2 weeks. We had friends for a week & sister/BIL came for a couple days. Everyone was in love with the home and what it offered and couldn't say enough good things about it. Beautiful views, right across from the Space Center to watch launches, amazing sunrises, dolphins swimming by nearly every day, an amazing patio & pool and the home was stocked with every thing you could want or need. Larry Wren, the owner is a great person & wonderful to work with and his employee who cleans the pool, etc is very friendly yet mindful of your privacy. We would have loved to stay longer!!

Awesome stay!
My family and I stayed for my brothers wedding and we have all seen and driven by this property for years because we lived near by and we have always wondered what it’s like to stay there, honestly a dream come true for all of us, what an amazing place to stay, beautiful property, tons of amenities, games and features. The instruments were a blessing (we have a musical family) and Larry was super attentive, truly a great host! He answered every time we called with a question and whoa did we have a lot! Would recommend to anyone! We loved it! The memories we made will be cherished for generations, nothing in this world is truly better than that!

Great place to watch a shuttle launch
The back yard of the property is Gorgeous and so is the view! Our family enjoyed watching the Space X shuttle launch and the beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed fishing at the end of the dock and watching dolphins swim around each morning. The house is large and spacious for a large group to stay for an extended time and not feel cramped. The kitchen contained all the essentials for cooking multiple meals for a large group at the house. It was only a 15 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Complex and just over 30 minutes to Coco Beach. The check in and check out process was easy and simple. Our only complaint during our 5 night stay is that the pool could not be heated due to a mechanical issue. This was a big disappointment for our family, since this is one of the main reasons we rented this house. The regular water temperature was too cold to swim for an extended period of time, even for my kids until the very last evening of our stay.

The incident happened just days before your stay because a previous guest pulled on a pipe, causing it to burst. AMAZING HOSTS to perfectly complement the AMAZING HOME!
Larry & Jimmie made sure that we had EVERYTHING that we could need for our stay!! They allowed us to use this amazing home for my wedding and it could not have been more perfect! The house is stunning and has everything you could need for your stay! Ranging from games & kayaks to cooking utensils and laundry supplies! They are hosts that truly go above and beyond for their guests and I would recommend them and their home to anyone visiting the area! Our family had an amazing time sitting around the pool chatting, fishing off the dock and watching the MANY pods of dolphins swim up close (right under us on the dock)! It is truly a location, a home and experience that cannot be topped! If you’re visiting the Titusville area, staying here would make your trip amazing!

If you want to watch a rocket launch, this is the place
Eclectic, funky, furniture, artwork, and architecture. Need hot tub and pool combo overlooking the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans and all the other stuff. Lots of TVs.

Paradise on the River
This house is absolutely stunning. The pictures on here are beautiful but just wait until you walk through the front door and then through every room. You won’t want to leave…ever. Breathtaking sunrises out on the dock swing, swimming in the heated pool ! We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the cape right on the dock!! Our host Larry was very accommodating and helpful, checking in and out was such a breeze. Will definitely come back here, I highly recommend this property- you won’t be disappointed!!

Family Time
We rented this house for a family wedding in the area. The house was a perfect place to stay, play, and entertain out of town friends and family. The pool and dock offer endless opportunities. We even got to see a night launch from the dock, amazing!

Ample room for large group
Really enjoyed how the property was located off the river. Large home with room enough for our 10 person party. Pool was not super big, but suffice. Little disappointed in the condition of the house. The back door did not lock, so that was a tad uncomfortable. The property owner popped up unannounced which made for awkward conversation one evening while the family was out on the back patio.

Hi April, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. That back sliding glass door was broken by a previous guest right before your stay. At that point, we provided a security bar. The lock was fixed immediately after your stay. Regarding the owner arriving unannounced, Larry only visits the pool equipment area to ensure the pool is operating efficiently. We always contact the guest to announce his arrival. Our family has good intentions and would never want a guest to feel uncomfortable. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you still found your stay enjoyable.

Beautiful Property - Felt like home
The house was beautiful, had absolutely everything. The homeowner has gone the extra mile to make families feel like home and thought of the little details for families with dis of all ages. We were there 28 days but there was no mops or other things to clean with. The pool did not a have vacuum that we could use. The staff check the pool chemicals and adjusted accordingly. The place a great view of NASA rocket launches.

A beautiful place to relax
Larry was a great person to deal with. Great location that was easy access to shopping, highway, or restaurants. A great property if you just want to escape, relax and have plenty to do right there. We were eight adults ranging 27 to 60 years of age with one 8 week old infant. Our get away was to celebrate a birthday. Plenty of space to get away from the group or to all be together in one spot. I would explain the property as a 4 bedroom with the master suite being a family suite as to access the 5th you must pass through the master suite. The 12:45am launch was exciting to witness from this property. Sunrises are spectacular. Relaxing next to the pool or on the swing at the end of the dock on the swing was a great past time. Everyone in our group said we will go back again.

Great experience in Titusville
We wife and I stayed at this house for five days in January and had a great time (even though it rained and was cold most of the week!). The house is as large, beautiful, and clean as advertised, and the outdoor space is great. I'm very noise sensitive and wondered a little bit about a house on a major road, but it's extremely quiet. It's set well back from the road. As other reviewers have mentioned, Larry is great. He's the perfect blend of being serious and available when needed, but also laid back and very respectful of privacy when not. He was nice about letting us change our schedule a bit, helpful when our car had a tire issue and we didn't advice on where to go, and just generally very pleasant to work with. We liked the location of the house. I should note that Titusville is not a major tourist town, so I didn't see a lot to do within a 5-10 minute drive. But, we really liked that the house is about 15 minutes from the great birdwatching and nature portions of Merritt Island in one direction (that's why we were there; the wildlife drive on Merritt is great), and about 15-20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center in the other. So, it takes a car but there are some good sights nearby. It's a little far as a home base to Universal or Disney, but that could be done. We drove directly from the house to the airport on our last day and it was an easy, maybe 45-minute drive. Overall, we thought it was a great house at a reasonable price, a very responsive and friendly owner, and an excellent experience. I would highly recommend it.

Family Graduation Celebration
Great property on the water. We heated the pool and our grandkids came over. Swimming, fishing, bonfires, space launch. Some minor cosmetic needs, but didn’t detract from beauty of the home. Enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Location for Relaxing Vacation
My husband, sons and their wives and another couple stayed at Larry's place to celebrate my husband's retirement after 35 years at American Airlines. The home was very clean and in the perfect location with spectacular views. We had a wonderful time. Larry was very responsive and popped over occasionally to make sure the pool and hot tub were maintained. (at one point our son said that he had met the "pool boy") I look forward to another vacation at Larry's home in Titusville and would recommend to anyone who wants to get away for a vacation or to view a launch. I wish our timing had been such that we had seen one. Thanks Larry! Also thanks to Jimi, his granddaughter, who was very helpful with any questions that we had.
