Americans call this kind of view a “hundred-dollar view.” We don’t want to exaggerate, but from here you have the best view across Lake Titisee all the way to the Feldberg. The house is located at the end of Seestraße, the well-known pedestrian promenade. “At the end” also means it’s quiet, because there are 500 meters of green meadows between the stores and shops.

Living area: in the bay window, right next to the kitchen, is a round table with comfortable wicker chairs. From here, you have an unobstructed view across the Seewiese to Lake Titisee. A sofa and armchairs invite you to relax; there’s also satellite TV with a DVD and CD player, and a small stereo system. Right next to the dining table is the

kitchen: naturally equipped with new built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Additional appliances are available (kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker).

Sleeping: The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 1.80 m) and a new wardrobe, and is decorated entirely in blue and yellow.

Shower: The new shower/toilet with a window (view of the greenery) is new and modern.

Patio: From the living room, you can access the covered south/west-facing patio, which is equipped with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
