Apartment 'Tanne - Barrierefrei' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Tanne is located in Schwärzenbach, a picturesque district of Titisee-Neustadt. It is situated on the ground floor of our holiday home, just a few steps away from the Salenhof.



With an area of 75 m², the accommodation offers space for up to 4 people. The entire apartment is barrier-free and fully ground-level – from the living areas to the terrace. It features a spacious kitchen-living room, two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), and a bathroom with a shower and WC.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the living area, a Smart TV with streaming services, a CD player, a radio, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and comfort.



The terrace invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings with a view of the meadow and the forest.

The property offers a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground (swing, slide, sandbox) for guests to enjoy. On request, we offer a bread roll delivery service so you can enjoy fresh rolls every morning. There are 10 parking spaces on the premises. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property provides guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. More information is available on site. The property features energy- and water-saving facilities and a convenient self-check-in system. Please note that towels are not provided and must be brought by guests. Iron and ironing board are available.
