"Great location in wells, ample parking outside the pub. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and cool room (great air conditioning in this weather).. There was a pub quiz in the evening, great food, and the breakfast was wholesome and hearty’ The only issue was the smell from the bathroom (likely the sewage)."

"We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!"

"I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. "We went to fakenham races and then spent 2 days at Walsingham. Nice warm room where we could watch the passing interesting people. The food was not amazing but edible."

"Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...
