This makes it an ideal starting point for various hikes and sports activities. The holiday apartment (45 ㎡) consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. On the furnished sun terrace of the Oberhochmuthof you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the breathtaking alpine landscape. After a restful night you are ready for the day and new hikes. The Merano High Altitude Trail shows you the Texel Group Nature Park with all its facets: from the Passeier Valley to the Schnals and Etsch Valleys and Merano. The path is almost 100 km long and can be walked in 5 to 8 days. Start here at the Oberhochmuthof or arrive there - calm, fresh mountain air and a panoramic view are guaranteed. The centre of Merano, with shops, supermarkets and a railway station, is 5.9 km or a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.
